Door cable broke on one side and roller wheels out of line. Called at 8:30am, told he would be here between 2p-4p. Tim was there right at 2pm! Very professional, knowledgeable and showed me everything he did and the parts he replaced. All said and done, door was fixed and works better than it ever has. Parts a little pricey, but had a different company out less than a year ago who didn't even see the problem!!! Well worth the money I spent with Precision! You get what you pay for! Thanks guys!

Charged $50 to come out and tell my Spring was broken, which I knew, asked for it to be repaired. Work was fine and it was done quick, but think the price was high for this.
I'm glad we were able to get to you quickly and take care of everything in a prompt manner. With regard to the $50, every job our technicians are dispatched to include a service fee that pays for his travel expenses to get him onsite at your convenience. I did a Google search for a garage door repair with same day service and your business popped up. I called and you were able send out a tech the same day. The tech arrived a little late, but I think the extreme weather was to blame so it was no big deal. He arrived and replaced a garage door spring that had busted. The tech was a very nice and courteous person.

We set up an appointment to replace the entire door once it was determined it could not be repaired. First, I want to commend Precision Door for the email we received within about a half hour after our call and before the service was performed. It was an emergency repair but we were able to see a picture of all the service personnel and read their bios before the doorbell rang. This is excellent service that we appreciated. Tim called first to say he was ahead of schedule and could he come early. He was courteous and very efficient. There was no lag time in the work he performed and the door works like new. We would contact Precision Door again and will refer people to this business.
