I was very satisfied with my service. They were able to schedule me an appointment quickly (next day, in fact), my serviceman arrived when he was supposed to arrive (and called ahead to let me know of his ETA), and the services were provided in timely, professional, and economical manner. Also, there were no pushy sales tactics or other slimy sales stuff; rather, the serviceman just showed up, did his thing, and then was out of there. What more can you ask for? The answer is nothing, unless you're a crazy person that asks people to do things they can't or aren't supposed to do. So, in sum, if you're not a crazy person, you should be very satisfied with their services. And if you're a crazy person, please stop worrying about your garage door and get mental health help.

Job was done quick with scheduling done Saturday after 9pm and service completed by noon Sunday. Very nice to not have to wait until week since cars were stuck in garage.

I called and they were very responsive on a Saturday afternoon, and they didn't gouge me with emergency service call fees. I really appreciated the email confirmation that included pictures of the staff for added security. (Great feature!) Tom arrived within the next hour after my call, and was very direct and honest. I felt very confident that we were in good hands. Tom was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and did a great job repairing our garage door. I also appreciated the convenient payment methods, and very clear and understandable electronic invoice that was sent to me immediately upon completion of the work and payment. (No yellow copy with illegible handwriting that you tend to get for misc. home repairs these days.) Precision really knows how to run a successful business. Should the need arise, I will definitely call Precision again in the future!

We needed to have our garage door repaired so called Precision Door Service. When I called and told the person answering the call (who was friendly) what we needed, she said she could have someone out in a couple of hours. Mike, the technician, was early and told us that we needed a new spring. Our door had only one spring and he suggested putting two on so the door would be more efficient. We will be calling Precision when we need this type of service again.
