Today is Saturday, March 28th. We opened the garage door with the opener like normal, but heard a load bang. The spring had broken. The door is a very heavy wooden door and it was all my wife and I could do to open it from the inside. I'm sure that we could not have opened it from outside with no handles. I called around to several door companies that I had dealt with in the past, but no one was open. I called Precision and was told that John would be out within 2 1/2 hours. John came in about 45 minutes and repairs were made within about 1 hour. I could not be happier with their service. I would highly rate them and will use them again when I replace these wooden doors. Excellent service!

Hello, Your technician came to my mother’s condo this week. (Bea Moon). Her garage door opener appeared broken and needed help. My mother will be 95 years old this July and gets very worried when things break. I, her daughter Kathy Hall, called you because I had such a positive experience when I called you to fix my garage door opener. When I arrived at my mother’s house I noticed that your tech was already there. I went inside the condo and saw Mom talking to your representative. He told me that he could find nothing wrong—apparently the door had a “hiccup” and then needed to be reset after I had opened it with the release rope. He explained how the door works, how to reset the rope, how not to have a “hiccup” again, and how to know when a new opener is needed. THEN, he told us there was no charge!!! Now, how honest is that??? We WILL call you when we need a new opener, and we will spread kudos for your company throughout the condo complex. This was my second time for needing repairs to my ohd, & they said they would send Tom back out, because he was here the first time. I appreciated that because he MAY remember certain things on my door. Tom is Always on time, very Professional in ALL aspects, friendly, polite & knows his stuff inside out. I called on a Sunday evening at 7:38 p.m and we were told serviceman would be there between 8-10. We received a call about 7:50 that technician was on way. Repair was completed etc within an hour of the initial call. Appreciate prompt & professional response to our need. Will call again if needed and recommend to others.

5 out of 5. The install went very well, John was a professional and explained many questions I had along with having a great personality. Many times when people have an appointment between 5 PM and 7 PM at a strangers house they show up with an attitude or try to rush, John did neither of these two. Great service, the product seems to be working without error and I am pleased with my purchase.
