Fantastic experience. I was given a window of 8-10 AM when the technician would arrive. He showed up at 7:59! Precision Garage Door replaced both springs on my door in November 2003. They carried a lifetime warranty. Yesterday, one spring broke and Gregg showed up this morning and replaced both of them at no cost...only the standard service charge applied. Without question I will use Precision Garage Door again!

The appointment was set for the next day and I got a quick estimate and appointment for the work to be completed. Hello, John came out to take a look at my current garage motor and see if it was possible to program a universal remote to it. Unfortunately my motor is outdated and no longer produced so finding a universal remote that may work on it, John told me, may be tricky. If no remote can be found to program to my motor I am going to have to purchase a new motor and I'd like to give your company the business but I will have to wait until January/February because of financial reasons. I'll just need some time to save a bit extra. John was very pleasant and I appreciated him telling me what the situation was. If a representative from your company can follow up with me and let me know if a universal remote is doable I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Jeff

John was wonderful! I was pleased that he showed up on time and came the day I called. John was able to install the garage door opener that we had purchased almost a year ago. He was very helpful and did a great job. If we need anything else for our garage door I will always call precision door company. So today Time came again to my house to install new springs on our 1930's garage door. My husband could have done this job, but again Tim is the pro. It would have taken hours if he would have done it! On Monday,Tim replaced our broken beyond repair door opener and suggested replacing the door or the springs. The opener is working really hard and likely would not last. In addition, he stated that we could likely replace the door, framing and another opener if the springs break. Tim was on time, cleaned up the mess and was done in a timely fashion. I really appreciate it!
