Today was the first time I have used Precision Door. The garage door spring had broken and I couldn't get my car out of the garage. I called Precision Door and the person who answers the phone was very nice and helpful. The technician Greg was here actually before the scheduled time which was great he called about 15 minutes before to make sure he could come out early. He was efficient and very nice. I definitely continue to use Precision Door for my garage door needs and recommend them to anyone who needs garage door service.

5 star service. Our garage door broke (cables) on Sunday evening. We were very concerned about being unable to get the cars out Monday morning. Called Precision about 6:30pm. Tim (great guy) arrived at 8pm as scheduled. He replaced the broken cables and adjusted the door at what I thought was a fair price. Outstanding service and highly recommended.

I called Precision Door because our door and opener needed to be replaced due to an accident. I made the call at about 7:00 in the morning, and the person on the phone was extremely pleasant, and was able to get Gregg out there in just over an hour! (Wow!) The weather was brutally cold that day; however, Gregg came out and looked everything over, and was able to get the door down (by himself!) so that our house was secure. The new door and opener were installed two days later (again, in the cold). Gregg was on time both times and did excellent work. We are very pleased with Precision Door, and will recommend them to our neighbors if they ever need service.

No fuss, no muss. He showed on time, replaced my springs and weather strip, lubed my moving parts, swiped my card, and left. Nice guy but I thought he'd bring Maya with him. Not avail. Thanks Gary!

I chose this company by reading the information on their website. They were able to give me an appointment for the same day (it was actually within an hour and a half from when I called!). The Technician was excellent. He explained what he would be checking, how he could fix my situation and gave me a dollar estimate. The work was done and I was on my way in no time. Precision Door did a great job for us on a Sunday afternoon. John was our technician. He called and showed up earlier than scheduled which was great for us. We had purchased a new garage door opener last September so we called Precision when our garage door broke. It was at 4:50pm on a Friday, and since the house is accessed through the garage we were concerned that we get a repair the same day. Precision sent out a technician who arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated. He had the door up and moving again I less than an hour, better than before.

I emailed Precision the night our garage door jammed. It was an old door and we were in the middle of a large estate sale with lots of expensive items in the building. Precision sent a service man out with in 48 hrs...he spent the time to survey the problem, let us know our options cost wise. And had our door temporarily fixed so we could continue with our sale without having to replace the door at that time. And the price was very reasonable. Now we have time to look for the appropriate solution without having to stop everything.

Precision Garage Door was very prompt even on a holiday. I called about 6pm on July 3rd and he was at our house by 7:30. He was very thorough and gave us all our options for repair. He was gone before 9pm. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs garage repair done especially in an emergency.

The technician, Ryan T., arrived on time as promised. He was very polite and did his job well. Appearence was neat and clean. Didn't waste time, got right to work and completed the job. Will definately call you again when the need arises. The price of the "service call" was a little steep, as we had the work completed right then. Maybe knocking more off the service call, or eliminating that charge all together, if the work is completed at that time. My 89 yr old mother is on a very tight budget and the cost was pretty high for her. Excellant work. The door works wonderful. Thank you!!

Found you on Google search of garage doors. Unlike 3 other companies that I found, only your company offered a call in free estimate request instead of online for me to fill out. I talked to your office first, great helpful person answered the phone, appointment scheduled.for the next day. Tim called on the scheduled day to verify directions (Pataskala versus Reynoldsburg area....not a problem, we're in weird little area) He showed up promptly, was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Other 3 companies...yeah one called back so far, 2 days after my call and appt scheduled for 2 more days later. Last 2 companies..MIA. And you top it off with an email thank you we appreciate your business and a survey. You seem to have a great company. We are going to get the other quote, but we are definitely leaning more to your company.

After 2 phone calls and being on hold for over 15 minutes with other garage door companies, I called Precision shortly before 5 p.m. A technichian was on my doorstep promptly at 7 and service, replacing a broken spring, was completed within the hour. The technician was professional and the quality of repair was high as was every aspect of interaction with Precision. I appreciate the quality of service. I highly recommend Precision. Precision was recommended to us by someone who had used you before and recommended you to our son.
