Technician just left my place after restoring all old moving parts on my garage door with new ones. He was very professional, informative and courteous. I rate the service at 5. It is yet to know if I will have future problems with the repair that was done. I do feel your rates are rather pricey.

We have used Precision in the past for service and had a positive experience, so called again when our 25 year old wood door broke. Tim inspected the door on Monday and we decided to go ahead and replace it. He returned the next day, as promised, to install the new door. He explained everything he was doing and was very efficient. My initial reaction is that the door is goood looking and very well made and expect to receive long service from it. Great experience!

This was my first experience with precision garage doors and it was Awesome ,John the technician that came out was super friendly knowledgeable quick and just made me feel at ease that he knew what he was doing and within no time after a year of torture with my garage door not working he fixed it in no time... Precision Door was great!!! Called to get an estimate on Friday and had an appt for the next day. John arrived promptly for the appointment and was very friendly and knowledgeable from the start. We decided to buy the garage door and opener on that day. The process was very smooth and once the door was in, scheduling was easy and fast. Had the garage door and opener installed today. Absolutely love my garage door, looks great and the functionality is flawless! And cannot say enough good things about John. I called precision doors Saturday nite at 830, by 915 they were at my house to fix my broken spring on my garage door, they finished just after 10, and I was in bed by 1030 sleeping like a baby, not having to worry about being able to get out of my garage the next morning.

Very polite/professional customer service, gave a two hour arrival time block, called one hour before arrival to confirm arrival time.
