Everything about Precision's service was excellent - from contact to delivery of the actual work. After review of the situation it was determined that there did not appear to be a problem. I did ask if the rubber seal bar across the bottom of the garage door could be replaced while the technician was here. They were carried on the truck so he was able to do it. I will contact Precision in the future as needed.

My opener had been on the blink for months and I decided to get it repaired. Precision had tons of good reviews so I chose them. Dustin called and said he could be earlier than scheduled, great! He sadly could not resurrect my old opener but replaced it on the spot with a newer much quieter one. He did a great job and explained the new one. My partner and I very much enjoyed spending a few minutes just chatting with him afterward, he has an A+ personality! Would definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

They were actually early for the appointment and did a fantastic job. Serviced my garage door, installed a new bottom seal, lubed all points on the door and was finished in around 30 minutes. I called one day, they came out the next day. I will use them again for all my garage door needs. A great company.

I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.

I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.

We had a garage door opener that, after being moved and re-installed by a drywall installer, appeared to be dead. Dustin came to our house, asked me to describe what was and wasn't happening and then began to troubleshoot the issues. Within a half hour, we were up and running again.

Our door had come off of the track, and Tim fixed it. He also found another issue with the door that would have been a huge deal in the future and would have potentially cost a lot of money. He reviewed with us what the issue was, and what it would cost to fix it. So glad he saved us from a future garage door disaster! The Technician (Dave) called approximately 15 minutes before arrival to advise he was on his way. He then arrived promptly, was very courteous with great insight and expertise.
