Great company. They totally honored a life time warrenty from a purchase 14 years ago. Spring broke and they came same day and worked late to finish the job. Our heavy wood door is 35 years old. They suggested new steel door but no pressure. Prices are great. People are great. Hard to find a company this good these days. 5 star for sure.

Found a broken spring on Friday afternoon. Called Precision Door Service (they installed the original set back in 2004) and the spring was replaced within 24 hours. The technician lubricated all the working parts and was done in about an hour. Fast, reliable service and a very competent technician. Five stars for all parts and workmanship.
