I was told the repairman would come between 10-2 and he arrived at 10:30! I was happy to see he was punctual. He explained everything to me and my husband and after he did the work showed us what he did. Then he replaced something he didn’t even see at first but did a great job! He was also very friendly and we were truly satisfied. I will recommend not only your company but also Tim to all of my friends and family members! He did more than replace the springs. He replaced the cable on my husbands door and gave us the almost like new service plus the keyless entry pad.

Kayne called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and we appreciated that he asked about wearing a mask. After inspection he gave us three options for the repair. We chose to have him refurbish the current door. He explained a double car door like ours needed two springs and we only had one. He installed two new springs, bearings, hinges, rollers, cable, drums, a new operator reinforcement bracket and adjusted the door opener stops. Afterwards he explained everything he did and showed us the operation of the door. It works like a new door! We are very pleased with Precision and especially Kayne's professional appearance and friendly demeanor. We will definitely use your services again.

We called Precision after our garage door spring snapped. They sent out a technician the day of to fix the door. Tim showed up at our house and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. It was not cheap but Tim did a great job and replaced the spring. I would highly recommend Precision based on the phenomenal customer service we received. Thanks!

I saw your advertisements on TV and when the spring on my garage door broke last night, I called Precision. A very nice lady scheduled me for a repair this morning between the hours of 8 and 12. Shortly after 8 a.m., I received a call from Jonathon stating that he would be arriving within 25 minutes. He was very professional upon his arrival and checked the door thoroughly. The rollers and spring had definitely lasted past the warranty. He gave me 3 options and explained them very well. I will recommend your service to my friends!

I learned that my garage door would not close at around 7:30Am. Called Precision and my door was fixed and working before 10:30 Am the same day. That is what I call customer service. The tech explained what had to be done, and gave me what I determined to be good alternatives. After making my selection he was done within an hour. I'll be using Precision in the future.

We called Precision Garage Door because our garage door was buckling. They sent a technician out the same day. Jason identified our problem, gave us a quote and had it fixed that afternoon. Before leaving he greased all the joints, balanced it and made sure everything was properly working. Definitely happy with our experience and would recommend.

Neighborhood Facebook group recommended Precision and I was not disappointed. The technician tried to repair my opener but concluded it was not possible due to its age of 25 years. He clearly explained 3 options for a new opener, had all the parts with him, and had the whole thing done in less than one hour. He also left a printed brochure and two working remotes. No complaints and I definitely recommend!

Dustin Keaton was a delight and a definite asset to Precision Door Service. He did a wonderful job, very professional and explained everything. Dustin replaced the sensors and I am not sure if what he replaced is called the springs or rollers. That is why I left "Purchase a new Product" blank. Precision did a great job. My tech, Matt was professional, friendly, informative and a great guy to have at my home. He explained all the options and allowed me to choose. I had a partial rebuild of my pulleys and door system to include new springs. It rolls like its new. Precision was not the least expensive option, but I believe that it was a great choice.

spring broke on my door on Christmas day. Got on line, and got called back at 8:40am Monday. Technician out by 1:30 that day. Third time i've used them. They're reliable and helpful.
