The listing in the book looked very well presented. Yes, I took a chance and called. I talked with Allison and she was very professional on the phone. Answered all my questions. Gave me a time of between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. Your tech arrived just after 10:00 am. Amazed me.Tim explained everything to me and recommended the overhaul. As it would be the best way considering the age of my door. Half way through I could tell that this was not his first rodeo. No wasted movements. He was in and out in about an hour. Tim is a great asset to your company. I will definitely recommend Precision to all my friends and neighbors.Tim performed the work as if it was his garage door being done. To put it in a nut shell (if it were possible) I am VERY WELL PLEASED with the work performed by Tim. Worth every cent. I am confident that this door will now last another 15 + years. Pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of Eric. Eric pointed out areas of concern and adjusted garage door opener. Eric also explained the different type of metal doors to choose from when we can afford a replacement, as well as, pointing out that our rollers are good and do not need to be replaced. Hope Eric's available when we're ready to replace our garage door.
