I was first struck by the professionalism of the person who answered my call and took information, and I was thrilled that they set up an appointment for the same day--a Saturday. John, my technician, was excellent. Not only did he fix the problem and leave my door in better shape than it had been before the problem, he took the time to explain things to me about the operation of the door and make helpful recommendations about future care. John installed a new lift master garage opener. He was prompt and had the new opener in the truck, was able to make the installation the same day. The new belt driven opener is much quieter.Very happy with the service.
