5 out of 5. The install went very well, John was a professional and explained many questions I had along with having a great personality. Many times when people have an appointment between 5 PM and 7 PM at a strangers house they show up with an attitude or try to rush, John did neither of these two. Great service, the product seems to be working without error and I am pleased with my purchase.

Had a great experience with your company. Garage door spring broke last night so I looked you guys up on the internet made the appointment and the service was great. Appointment was set between 8-10am and John was here on the dot at 8am. He looked at the issue ,explained my options, the scope of work, and immediately started. Very professional and friendly. Yes, except for no name on truck. Technician explained new trucks were coming. He was very well trained, very professional and very personable. We would definitely give your company a 5-star rating. You came the same day we called, earlier than expected. Your technician immediately solved the problem with our garage door and told us our options for repair. He gave us two options and we asked for his professional opinion on which option he would recommend. We went with his recommendation. He did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. Spring on the garage door broke at 5 pm on Sunday. We needed service quickly because my wife had knee surgery scheduled on Monday am. Found you on internet called and repairman arrived a little before he was scheduled and had the door operating within an hour. Service was very good, but I was told I could get a receipt by email but none was forwarded. Would be 5 stars, but I emailed a request for the receipt for payment on the next day and now six days later have still not received a receipt for payment. 4 stars.

Today, one your technicians came out to repair an issue we had with our garage door opener. His name was Eric. Eric showed up exactly on time. He was informative, mannerly and very efficient. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I would highly recommend this company for any of your issues with your garage door. I am a happy camper!

I had used you before and was very pleased with my 5 STARS service. My service tech was on time, very nice, knew his stuff! He checked out the problem with the garage door and it wasn't as serious as I thought. Door had not been used since 2/9/2015, hadn't driven my car due to surgery. After a few tries it finally went up but would not come back down so I had to close it manually. Tom, I think that's his name had the problem solved in a few minutes. sprayed the hinges and other parts as well as checked out the spring, etc. Door was probably frozen to the ground when I first used it. I'm so glad I called because now it's not noisy going up and down. And if it happens again I'll know what to do. Thank you so much.

I needed my garage door fixed ASAP and I called Precision Door and they immediately came out that same day. The Tech was very professional and courteous and got the job done in a timely manner. The only problem is now I can't lock my garage. I didn't check it before the technician left because I had to go somewhere but when I put my car in the garage and went to lock it, the garage door doesn't come down far enough for me to slide the lock in place. But other than that I would definitely recommend Precision door to anyone!

Beth was very informative, polite and negligible over the phone. She gave me a window for the work of between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. I needed a repair for a spring. John doing the work called right at 6:00. Great not to set waiting. John seemed like a great guy, knew his job and was finished quickly. I will gladly recommend your company. Five stars from me!

The installer did an excellent job of installing the door opener. However, he told me that he would send me a copy of the invoice by email and ten days later I have not received the copy for my files.

I had an emergency on a Saturday. I didn't realize my trunk door was up and I back out of the garage, hitting the garage door, knocking it off the hinges. Your repair person came out the next morning (He would have come out that day if I had wanted him to), and we evaluated that we needed a new door because it was so old. He is now here putting in the new door. The entire process went so quickly and effortlessly- The girl I talked to on the phone was more than helpful and considerate, and the gentleman who is doing the work is very professional and accommodating.. I have ALREADY recommended this company to several people. You were great.

Saturday morning with the garage door unable to open, I called the company that installed my new garage door one and a half years ago. I reached an answering service and was informed that they would charge $200 just for coming out. I then contacted Precision and was able to schedule work the same day without off hour charges. Their tech Gary was a professional. Their availability to serve at the time of need without exorbitant charges is just precious.
