Precision Door responded quickly to our request for a quote on a new door and opener, we knew exactly when they would arrive and communication was great. Dave was our technician for the quote and ultimately our purchase and install. The install took a full day, but was well worth it. Dave carefully dismantled our old door (circa 1957) as well as our old opener (which was no longer functioning). The door was perfectly installed along with the new opener, and all of the old materials were removed without a trace. We're very happy with our new door and opener.

I had a great experience. Our technician David was able to come 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment. He immediately found the problem with my garage door, which was a broken spring. He recommended we replace both since the old spring would likely break sooner than later. He also told me about that month's offer of "buy one spring get one half off," which helped bring the cost down. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. Though Precision may not be the least expensive company in town, the experience, knowledge and product quality is worth it.

Precision called promptly first thing in the morning and setup a quick appointment. David called advising what time he will arrive, and he did arrived spot on. David explained the broken springs and how it works, and he also took the time to explain that the rollers could use replacing. He gave me a quote which I agreed and he finished the whole repair in less than an hour. Overall, a good experience with David and Precision Door.

I was surprised that the company was willing to repair our garage door on a Saturday. The service man called prior to coming out, which I had asked him to do. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable he inspected out entire garage door apparatus and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was able to fix the problem in less than an hour and had even made an adjustment that made our garage door preform even better than it had before our spring broke. I would definitely use this company again!
