Tom was great. In a matter of moments he new the issue and how to fix it. He also had the necessary items to complete the job in about and hour. The additional service of lubing and adjusting the door was above and beyond what I thought would be completed. I never heard him open my garage door when he was done. There is no question, I will call Precision Door for future service.

Three hours after the spring broke, it's fixed. I called right away, you send John right away, and it's as good as new. He found some other issues with the door and recommended a few pieces be replaced, but he explained why. He also told me about a few other things, but he was honest and said he didn't think those items needed replaced. Cost was a little pricier than I expected, but for such speedy and great service, I don't mind paying a little extra.

Tom called approximately 30 minutes prior to his arrival, was courteous upon his arrival, quickly assessing the situation. He provided multiple options for the repair and quickly started the repair upon my confirmation of the work he was to perform. He finished the job within a reasonable time and explained the work he completed. I appreciate his attention to detail. This is my first garage door repair and will definitely use Precision Door Service in the future.

Tim did a great job. Most important you had same day service for me. Great that you could get it taken care of. The door would not stay closed. Printed out a $15 dollar coupon that I forgot to use; but thats OK because of the good service, you deserve it. Precision's tech was friendly, on time, and repaired my garage door. I learned a lot about why my door was not working properly. In addition to replacing the springs,some of the parts were previously improperly installed. The tech also gave me great maintenance pointers. My springs replacement also incudes a great warranty. I will definitely call on Precision again for any future garage door updates or repairs.

I chose Precision to repair our garage door because they were located close to our home & they belonged to the Powell Chamber. They were able to schedule an appointment based on my busy schedule & even called to come earlier than the expected time. Gregg performed a tune-up/maintenance on our door & repaired the issues we were having with our opener quickly & efficiently. The door is so quiet now that it sounds like it's brand new! I would definitely use Precision again in the future should we have any further garage door issues.

We called Precision because we had them before and they did a fine job. This time they responded on emergency basis, at 8pm, were very friendly, assessed the problem, resolved it, and left within 30 min. The technician was John Manning, very capable, explained everything, and offered some tips for long term. This is the type of experience you want for these problems. Will definitely call them again if we have any problems.
