My new garage door looks wonderful, and really adds to the overall looks of my home. The sales & design person, Alana M., was helpful, friendly , and she listened to my questions. She worked with me to get an attractive door installed within my time constraints, and was very professional. Door installer, Charles F., did a beautiful job installing the door, and was also courteous, and excellent at explaining the operation of the door. They are both a credit to their company. They were able to install my new door within a week, and the entire process was a good one. I would recommend this company to others.

This morning I saw a Precision Door van across the street where I live. I walked over and talked to technician Jason Daring about getting an estimate on a new garage door. Even though Jason was busy, he took time to answer my questions, give me an estimate on a new garage door, and get me scheduled for an appointment. He was very kind, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Without him I wouldn’t have agreed to do business with your company.

When our garage door opener stopped working, we called Precision to have them come service the door. After taking a look at the door, it was decided a new garage door opener was needed. The old garage door opener was taken down and a new one was installed in less than an hour. Fantastic Service!

We had our garage door springs and related hardware replaced after our old spring broke. From the initial call to schedule an appointment all the way through the repair being completed, everything about my experience was very professional, friendly, and easy. Tim was very responsive and knowledgeable about what needed done to solve the issue and took the time to explain it to me and also care for some other maintenance to make sure I would not have to worry about my garage door for a long time. Spring broke on my garage door and called on a Sunday and had someone out the next day. Tim called me to let me know he was on the way to make sure I was home. Tim looked at the broken spring and walked me through his repair recommendations giving me multiple options. Once I gave him the option to fix the springs he completed the repair in 1 hour and then walked me through the completed job and warranty info. I will definitely use Tim and Precision again for any garage door needs I may have.

The tech notified me he was on the and was promptly at my house. I was concerned about the noises the newly installed garage doors were making. Although I had lubercated the the hinges and rollers the tech lubed them again including the springs. He made minor adjustments to the springs. He explained that I should lubricate the hinges, rollers, and springs a few more times over the new week to get the lubricant I tot be parts. Other than the spring adjustment the lubercating seems to eliminate the problems. Appreciated the tech explaining how I should be maintaining the doors.
