The spring on our garage door broke. We couldn’t get our cars out. Precision was onsite in less than two hours! Tom did a great job. I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.

My garage door was not operable and I called Precision Overhead Door. Technician Tom Palmer came within 2 days and he discovered safety camera alignment was the problem. I asked if he could install a keypad while he was here and he did within 15 minutes. I was happy to get a service call based on my schedule and also that it was a minor problem. Technician Palmer was professional and courteous and knowledgeable in resolving the problem. I recommend Precision Overhead Door to solve any issue you have with your garage door opener.
