Tim did a great job replacing a broken spring after hours. He mentioned a service special which would also replace the rollers...which was something I had thought of doing from time to time. Tim worked quickly and with quality...the only noise you hear now is the hum of the opener.

I had a broken internal spring and Tom came out at the end of July and replaced the spring with a new type and performed all types of service to make it run smoothly including reattaching the board to the garage wall which had come loose. A month later the cable seemed to slip. The company had Tom out within an hour of my call to repair and determine the cause. He was great and did a wonderful job and explained everything. Thanks so much!

The person who was sent to my home for our garage today was an unbelievable gentleman. He was thorough and never pressured me but did show me how to make the door operate better. Precision serviced my parents door just the day before I needed service. When they pointed out the broken spring, I came home and checked my door and of course one of my springs was broken. I am very very satisfied with Gregg...I called them at 11 am and I had Gregg in my drive way at noon...he asked if he could come and hour before the scheduled appointment. He gave me options, performed the task and was out by 2 pm. Really liked the service and he even let me buy my own opener and he installed it. Awesome and quick service.

Service was great. Spring broke late Saturday night. Repaired the next afternoon. With all the door hardware being 19 years old it made more sense to do the entire garage door overhaul. Tom explained this thoroughly and showed me the worn cables. Door is much more quite now and has guarantee.

This is my second experience with Precision Door (Columbus, Ohio). I was pleased with the service both times, courteous, efficient, willing to explain how things worked, not pushy about making a sale - Tim gave me only the information I asked for about replacing the garage door rather than bombarding me with extra sales pitch. This second time was an emergency call where I needed to get my cars out of the garage and the response time was excellent - called last night, here in the morning. I'll be coming back when I am ready to upgrade this door.

We were very pleased with our experience with Precision door. We had a double torsion spring failure which caused the heavy door to be impossible to lift. It was Friday night at 6 p.m. and both of our cars were now trapped in the garage. We found Precision on the internet and within 1 hour John showed up. He assessed the situation, replaced the springs, ensured that the door was in good condition and balanced. Less than one hour later, the job was completed. We highly recommend Precision!
