I called Precision on Sunday afternoon and explained what was going on with our garage door, the lady I talked to was extremely nice and gave me an appointment for the following day. Dustin was our technician, he called me 30 minutes before arriving at my home to let me know he was on his way, Dustin checked out the door and told us what was needed, he installed a new spring and replaced the rollers, he was very professional, friendly and did a great job. I will definitely call Precision again should we need garage door repair and I highly recommend them.

I feel like I was totally ripped off. The technician was prompt, professional, neat, and quick. But the price was a complete ripoff. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Just an FYI for those wanting to throw their money away, they charge about 325 plus dollars an hour for labor. Live and learn, I will never consider this company for future business and it’s my opinion you shouldn’t either.

As for the quality of parts, we use the highest quality parts that are locally made for our applications. The industry standard for springs is 10,000 life-cycles. Our springs are 30,000+ life cycles. We cannot speak to any other companies quality of parts or pricing but stand behind the parts that we install. On Saturday, our garage door got stuck when the torsion spring broken. We called many services in town but no one open. Luckily we found Precision Door Service on Google. The receptionist was very kind and polite. She offered for help right away. The technician was very professional. Great service from start to finish. Called one afternoon for assistance with an apparent broken garage door spring. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Great company. They totally honored a life time warrenty from a purchase 14 years ago. Spring broke and they came same day and worked late to finish the job. Our heavy wood door is 35 years old. They suggested new steel door but no pressure. Prices are great. People are great. Hard to find a company this good these days. 5 star for sure.
