AMAZING.. We See the ads on fox 28 every morning and looked like a good company for an emergency repair if needed. low and behold, boom. spring broke. called Precision and talked with a very nice lady and she said she could have someone here within a couple hours. Five minutes later, got a call from a tech named Payton who said he was on his way. the professionalism was great from the start. nice van, clearly marked and Payton had the uniform to boot. we felt comfortable right away. he was masked and very respectful with our floors and 3 dogs. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable of what he was here to address. gave us a quote and estimated time to repair garage door. suggested additional parts as a recomendation, (not pressure sales) we took his advice and added a couple more things from an obviously experienced garage door specialist.we will gladly share our experience with everyone. GREAT WORK PEOPLE

Incredible service. From online chat Saturday evening to completion of repair by noon on Sunday w/o weekend premium rates was nothing short of amazing. David C was professional and personable while also incredibly efficient. Replaced the broken extension spring type to a torsion spring type in just a few hours. Will definitely be our go to provider for any future needs.

Matt did a fine job rebuilding our vintage wooden door. He even pointed out maintenance items we can do ourselves as well as those items that will need to be replaced in the future. However, he told us those items still had useful life left in them and his recommendation was that we wait. We would have ample warning that the items had reached the end of their useful lives and we could then schedule the replacement on an non emergency basis.

What a wonderful service. Our garage door broke, the bracket came off from the door panel. The Service technician was prompt and on time. Thomas Palmer wore a mask and was very aware of CoVid issues. He previewed the broken door and was very quick on his determination of the needs to repair the door. The repair was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision Door Service for sure. Tim Jr did a great job, quickly diagnosing the cause of the problem I was having (door was raising after I shut it & was not raising as much as it should have). He adjusted the current opener and the adjustment worked, although he said the 18-year-old opener could fail at any time. It failed as he was leaving, so he returned & installed a new one. It all took about 2.5 hours & I am very satisfied. Thanks

We chose Precision because of the ads that we see on TV. The 24/7, and other appointment times were the top reason that we chose Precision. Our garage door broke while one of our cars was stuck inside. I had an appointment the next day and needed to get my car out. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice and was able to get the door fixed promptly so that I was able to make my appointment.
