Found you on Google search of garage doors. Unlike 3 other companies that I found, only your company offered a call in free estimate request instead of online for me to fill out. I talked to your office first, great helpful person answered the phone, appointment scheduled.for the next day. Tim called on the scheduled day to verify directions (Pataskala versus Reynoldsburg area....not a problem, we're in weird little area) He showed up promptly, was nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Other 3 companies...yeah one called back so far, 2 days after my call and appt scheduled for 2 more days later. Last 2 companies..MIA. And you top it off with an email thank you we appreciate your business and a survey. You seem to have a great company. We are going to get the other quote, but we are definitely leaning more to your company.

After 2 phone calls and being on hold for over 15 minutes with other garage door companies, I called Precision shortly before 5 p.m. A technichian was on my doorstep promptly at 7 and service, replacing a broken spring, was completed within the hour. The technician was professional and the quality of repair was high as was every aspect of interaction with Precision. I appreciate the quality of service. I highly recommend Precision. Thank you to Technician Gary for answering my questions so thoroughly and performing work so professionally.

Precision was recommended to us by someone who had used you before and recommended you to our son. We are very satisfied with the quality of the materials and the knowledge and competence of your installer. Our original door was in bad shape and had started to crack along the frame. Fantastic experience. I was given a window of 8-10 AM when the technician would arrive. He showed up at 7:59! Precision Garage Door replaced both springs on my door in November 2003. They carried a lifetime warranty. Yesterday, one spring broke and Gregg showed up this morning and replaced both of them at no cost...only the standard service charge applied. Without question I will use Precision Garage Door again!

I was looking for quick service and the 24/7 and same day service caught my attention. I needed a new door. The appointment was set for the next day and I got a quick estimate and appointment for the work to be completed. The installer showed up on time and the install was done quickly and the job was done neatly. I would use Precision again and will recommend them.

Hello, John came out to take a look at my current garage motor and see if it was possible to program a universal remote to it. Unfortunately my motor is outdated and no longer produced so finding a universal remote that may work on it, John told me, may be tricky. If no remote can be found to program to my motor I am going to have to purchase a new motor and I'd like to give your company the business but I will have to wait until January/February because of financial reasons. I'll just need some time to save a bit extra. John was very pleasant and I appreciated him telling me what the situation was. If a representative from your company can follow up with me and let me know if a universal remote is doable I'd appreciate it. Thanks, Jeff

John was wonderful! I was pleased that he showed up on time and came the day I called. John was able to install the garage door opener that we had purchased almost a year ago. He was very helpful and did a great job. If we need anything else for our garage door I will always call precision door company. I am very happy with my garage door opener and I appreciate everything he did. I will defiantly recommend him to anyone that needs garage door service.
