Precision came out on a Sunday to repair our garage door. (No extra charge for the weekend) Technician, Adam, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He had the garage door up and running very quickly. He explained all of the work done and installed a new control button that was not part of the original work order.

A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.

A word in the company name, PRECISION, says it all about the employees and company of Precision Door Service. As it typically happens, when winter sets in, mechanical things out side start failing. A week or so earlier, the battery in one of our vehicles died. Then the garage door opener started acting up. I called Precision Door Service and got an appointment for the next day, just missing the same day by a few minutes. Patrick Mulligan was the technician sent to our house. I knew as soon as I meet Patrick the remedy was going to go well for us. and it did. Patrick explained our options, and he immediately started working. He had EVERYTTHING, with him, no need to get parts and come back. It only took him about an hour and a half to two hours to take out our old garage door opener system and install a MUCH BETTER system. He did this while the temperature was freezing, and a stiff wind was blowing. And if he had been home. during his dinner time. Everything worked to perfection We even have battery backup now! I can’t say enough good things about Patrick, and Precision Door Services. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM, if you want the job well done and beyond.

Spring mechanism was worn out --- Jason Otero was the technician and provided relevant information along with explanations of the available repair choices. It was nice to discover that technicians are well-equipped when making service calls. The repair work was performed during that same initial visit and Jason was very professional and personable without attempts to sway my decisions. My good feelings with Precision started with my initial phone call. The customer service was great and offered a choice of times. Today Jason Otero arrived to inspect our issue. He gave me multiple options for the repair, with pros and cons of each. Once the decision was made, he worked quickly to provide a new motor, springs, key pad, and remotes. I have a warranty for purchases and a garage door that is quiet. I couldn’t be happier with this process.

Repairman was Pat. He was on time and quickly figured out that a sprocket had broken. He replaced it along with putting 2 new light bulbs in the overhead. He was very friendly, answered my questions, and left no mess!

This was a follow up visit after a garage door installation in early 2022. The technician made an adjustment to the weather stripping at the base of the garage door. The technician was courteous and professional!

Our opener system was inspected and given a clean bill of health a few months ago by another vendor so I was surprised when there was a malfunction. Derek Mason conducted a thorough inspection and it became evident it was time for heavy but only necessary maintenance. New springs, cables, opener, etc. were in order. Trust the recomended system overhaul will provide many years of trouble free service. Thanks Derek Mason!

I had randomly picked Precision Garage Door a couple of years ago because they advertised 24/7 service. I was so pleased with their work, that it wasn't hard for me to call them when I had difficulty again. Once again, I was pleased beyond belief. First I was quickly able to schedule service that met my schedule (I work night shift). The technician (Joseph Long) was awesome! Called before he arrived, had a smile on his face when he arrived, went over EVERYTHING, and went over multiple options. My garage door was 25 years old, and even tho I decided to replace it, that was not the first thing offered. I was told what I could do to do only the necessary repairs. When I expressed interest in replacing it, I was given 3 options and the benefits of each were explained fully. I NEVER felt that I was pressured to purchase a new opener. The work was done quickly. He had to move some things in the garage to do the work and replaced them exactly the way that I had them without a complaint. He went over everything with me and made sure that I understood everything. He was pleasant, professional, personal, and truly looked like he really enjoyed what he was doing. I was once again completely satisfied with the entire process, including the price. Should I need help with my door again, I won't hesitate to call Precision Garage Door again. I couldn't be happier. On December 3rd we had two Genie Belt Drive door openers installed by Technician Walker. But prior to installation, Walker did a very thorough inspection of the door springs and safety features. He found the door spring bearings were getting bad, the springs themselves were getting weak(Walker demonstrated to me how the doors would roll down because the springs weren't supporting the doors properly), and the bottom door seals were extremely bad,in need of replacement. Walker showed me my options so far as the opener and repairs would be. With Walker's advice (and without any pressure) I decided on what to do. I called Precision Doors because lightning struck very close to our house and burnt up a Sequencer Assembly on one of my two doors. I was originally going to replace just the one opener, but since they were 24 years old, I decided to have Walker replace both openers and make any repairs necessary (springs and door seals). I had screw drive Genie openers, but I had Walker replace both with the Genie Belt Drives. They work fantastic, they're extremely quiet and I really like the wireless wall buttons. Walker did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable (I worked as a technician in industrial maintenance for almost 40 years, and I have worked on overhead doors in the industrial world, so I could tell that Walker knew his stuff) I would recommend Precision Doors and especially Technician Walker to anyone in need of garage door repair or replacement. Thanks Walker for doing such a fantastic job. I am very, very pleased.

I identified broken spring on garage door, could't get my car out. called Precision and had a response. Repairment came and replaced along w/ other spring. Bottom line: he was here for 10 minutes. fixed it and charged me $589.00 w/ senior discount. I think we were taken advantage of and been had by the serviceman. I don't think this was fair ! By copy of this letter to BBB, they will be advised of this ripoff and will also be posted on social media. Springs are available for $ 100/a pair. This is what i would call a daylight robbery.

My garage door broke late afternoon on a Friday. Precision got a technician out next day, Saturday. The tech Patrick did a great job replacing all the wheels that were original , 31 years old. Garage door opens and closes smooth now and much quieter. He was kind enough to offer me a $15 coupon off the price. Highly recommend the company I will definitely call them in the future if needed

Once he did his assessment of what was going on he was very honest and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be corrected and/or replaced. Extremely responsive, timely, and tidy. My spring and cables broke over the holiday weekend. I called their office at 1pm on Sunday and a Technician arrived by 2pm. Jason O. provided a few pricing options (good, better, best) to us and explained what each option included. Once we selected the option we wanted to move forward with, the technician replaced the old spring, added a new spring, replaced the cables, and reprogrammed the opener. He completed everything within an hour and half of arrival. It seemed a little pricey, but the repairs addressed the worn parts that caused the issue and it was addressed on a Sunday. The technician was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy in selling something that wasn’t needed. Jason O did a great job!
