I was really impressed with their prompt service call especially on a Sunday afternoon. My new garage door was replaced the next day. The technician who installed my door was very friendly and detailed with the explanation of why my door wasn't working properly and options for replacement. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality product and great customer service.

The part of your website that struck me was no additional charge for evenings or weekends. Eric came out to my home and he was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. I had the problem of my garage door opening and closing all by itself, different times during the day. He did everything he could that may have been creating this problem. I have already recommended Eric and Precision to my neighbors. And I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I called this morning around 8:30 and Gregg was here about an hour later. He was professional and explained the pricing up front and took the time to explain the work performed when he was finished. He also provided recommendations on other areas to keep an eye on. We just needed a cable re-attached, so this was not a major installation or repair. However he did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend Precision Door.

Our garage door has never worked this well. Found out that some of the previously replaced parts were not the right ones which caused more problems. The technician was very polite and knew what he was doing! He explained and showed me everything that he was going to do and why it was necessary. It was a rather costly repair but was well worth it. I feel safe with the door working as it does now.

Repairman (Tom) did a nice job repairing a really screwed up overhead garage door. He was friendly, polite and efficient and took the time to point out the problems he found and corrected. Will definitely be a return customer if needed in the future!

Gregg is right on time and efficient. We had our garage door springs installed in 2001 by you and got the lifetime warranty. Got both springs replaced today for only a $55 service call. Gregg was able to get here just a few hours after it broke. Thank you!

I cannot overstate my satisfaction with Precision Doors for the job they did. From the sales visit, to the purchase of new doors and openers to the installation of the doors and openers they were total professionals in every aspect. Mr. Manning answered all questions we had and helped us compare the Amarr doors precision sells to their competitors products showing us the advantages of the Amarr doors and Lanier openers. Mr. Manning was then the person who installed the doors. I appreciate the fact that at the end of the day you could not tell that an installer had been in the garage. Every piece of waste product had been removed and the area was as clean as when he started. Both the openers and the doors have exceeded our expectations in both quality and performance. I recommend Precision Doors for any work you may need and rate then 5 STARS!
