I’m pleased with my 8x18 garage door and opener installed 2 1/2 years ago. Installers were professional and did a good job. My only concern is my springs wore out in 2 1/2 years under normal use. Time will tell if the springs where under sized or defective.

Gary came out to replace a broken spring and rollers. I was very satisfied with Gary’s professionalism , quality of work, and how he explained what was needed. My only complaint is after receiving my invoice via email after the work was done, I see the amount that Precision Door charged for roller is $20 a piece. For reference, what appear to be the same part can be bought for about $20 for a pack of 10. I understand there is always a mark up on parts, but 10 times cost is way excessive. I feel I was over charged by about $300 for these parts. That’s quite disappointing. Again, Gary was great and highly recommended. The over charge for parts, not so much.

We needed a installation of a garage door opener. Our installer was did a great job.

High integrity customer who doesn't like writing reviews like this. Tech arrived, inspected and recommended. I discussed my needs and desires with him. We needed springs, bearings. new bottom door seal and a new opener. Verbally quoted me $1300.00 After I picked myself up off the garage floor, I still needed this done. Approval to proceed was given. Work done to satisfaction, however the markup for the opener was outrageous and I spent $140 on a rubber strip that I helped install on the bottom of the door. Tech came to me with the final bill; $1479.00 So, enjoy the Bahamas or wherever you vacation. I called Precision hoping for highly intelligent diagnosis, and I received that, along with a charge that I feel was outlandish.

After sending out requests for estimates through Home Advisor and Angie's list, Precision Door Service was the first to call early Monday morning. They came out and replaced the spring within hours and for about half of what Home Advisor estimated. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service for this type of repair.

We called about 10:30am, got an 11-1 window. Anthony our tech was here by noon. He was very nice. Installed opener, outdoor keypad, 2 safety laser-eyes greased/adjusted everything and programmed 2 car fobs. When he was done (in a very short time) he asked us to lower door...I thought it didn’t work...it was SO quiet. He did a great job. He needs to remember to install a lightbulb in new openers however...we had to do that ourselves. We used your company in 2012 for a new spring and they came out at midnight!! So that’s why we called for this issue today. Will recommend and use your company again!

It was Sunday, I called... They were here within 2 hours. Inspected my door. Informed me that they were not the right people for my particular job!!! Took 20 minutes finding the right people then wrote down there name and numbers for mr. Get this, when asked what I owed them was informed (0) nothing!!!! The man was here for over a hour and charged me nothing!!!! When I need a New Door I'm calling Precision no doubt!!!!!!!
