Precision came highly recommend to me from a friend. I was very pleased with the quality of service I received. Tim was able to arrive a little earlier than my scheduled appointment and called to confirm if I was available. Tim was very polite and courteous, assessing my problem and informing me of my options. I ended up needing to purchase a new opener. Tim was not pushy at all and answered my questions. I had already watched the video on your website, so I was aware of the types of garage door openers available to me. I purchased a Precision Door opener with a keypad and with two additional remotes. Tim was very quick and efficient and had the door installed in no time. My remotes were programmed quickly and I was all set. I appreciate the prompt response and the expert service I received.

I was confident in Precision with the way the company is ran. I rate Precision with 5 stars. I had a broken spring out of two that hang on both top sides of the roller with cables. Upgraded to the over head spring roller and it's much better just a pleasant experience.

Tom, the Precision Door Service technician who responded to our call for service, just left. Tom arrived in a timely manner (Actually a little sooner than Precision had promised), repaired our garage door opener, lubed all the moving parts, and was extremely cordial during the entire process. We are very satisfied, and happy we chose Precision Door Service. If your garage door needs service, you can't go wrong with Precision. They are professionals, and their rates are very reasonable.

I chose Precision because of the hundreds of positive reviews on the website. As a former electrician, I know how critical first impressions are. Tom called ahead and was right on time. Tom explained what was causing the door to shift and he corrected the problem in less than an hour due to his skill and experience. He was personable, courteous and he left no mess. Eric arrived earlier than scheduled, which was very much appreciated, but called first. It was a routine spring repair, but he carefully inspected all components and explained what might need attention in the future; didn't push any unnecessary work. Very upfront with the cost estimate and preformed the work quickly. Great experience! I'd use the company again.

I would have to say that this is the most professional company I have dealt with...ever. Their attention to detail is obvious. After calling to make an appointment, I received a confirmation email with the ability to see who would be coming to my home for the service call. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem and answered all my questions. He gave me options for the repair without pressure to buy. We needed springs replaced, but I opted to do an overhaul on the rollers and bearings. The door runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision garage door company.

Precision had the best ad in the phone book and a real good web site. I would rate them a five star company. The technician was John and he was very knowledgeable about garage doors and answered several questions and also gave some handy tips. He did a great job, quickly replacing a broken spring and fine tuned the door operation. It is now working as good as new.
