My Service person was Matt. He was very knowledgable on the garage door. He was very easy to talk with and he explained all the problems and why I had all the noises from the cracked hinges to bad rollers. I would highly recommend him. Repair work. Our Precision garage door was installed about two years ago and, in this morning, the torsion spring bar support plate came off from the wall and the door became unopenable. Furthermore, the support plate hit and broke the garage door window glass. I called Precision right away and the service man fixed in this afternoon. I was expecting that some troubles would occur soon or later but the most important thing is how soon the service person will show up and correct the issues. I'm so impressed and this is one of reasons we decided to have Precision. The service person, Derek M, is very polite and great service technician as well. By the way, it was no cost for the repair. Thank you!!!!

The previous homeowners had clearly installed my garage door by themselves, and incorrectly. After my garage door motor ripped itself out from the garage door, I called Precision for help. Dmitri came out and basically had to rebuild everything, minus the door itself! He was courteous, professional, walked me through everything that needed fixing before he started, and was able to get everything done same day! Fantastic service. I'd recommend Precision, and Dmitri, to anyone in need of garage service!

during a power outage 2 weeks ago, i had to manually unlock my overhead garage door in order to get out. somehow, i broke/lost the spring to re-engage the opener. i immediately called precision door service. they young lady i spoke to was able to get my service call scheduled for the very next morning. my problem was quickly diagnosed, and a solution was explained to me. i was very impressed when the technicians said he could be fixed that very day. about an hour and a half later, i had a new, fully functioning garage door opener! to say i was very impressed would be an understatement. i highly recommend precision for any of your garage door needs. bob cunicella

My service was exceptional and efficient. It was Sunday and my spring broke ( again). I had it replaced before by another company and actually was also replaced previously by another company before that. Tim Tomlinson Jr explained all options ( as my garage was put on 20 years ago). He was informative and provided options with a guarantee! I’d suggest him and this company to everyone! Please see receipt for all replacement parts.

Jason Daring was my garage door repairman. He was punctual and took care of every problem I was having with my door. He went above and be on just installing a garage door opener. He tightened all of the loose screws on my door, he tightened up things that I didn't even realize were loose. He explained the features of my opener and he cleaned up everything before he left. If I ever need work done on my door again, I will definatelly call Precision. I have already recommended them to my neighbor. Thanks You very much Precision

Your tech came out on Tuesday and gave us 3 quotes with least expensive of $1100.00 on a 3 year old door. Got it fixed for $65.00. What a difference.
