dI needed my garage door system fixed. A young man named Walker came and looked into my situation. Since my prior work had been done by Garage Door Service the motor was theirs. It was a circuit problem. Being on a strick budget, I could not afford a new one. Walker walked me through all of the senarios and I ended up not fixing now. There was no charge and the technician was wonderful I would recommend Precision to anyone for honest estimates and excellent service. A definite 5.

I called Precision Door after another company that I had called said that they could not meet their time that I had scheduled between 12 noon and 2 PM. They called to cancel at 11:45 said it would be 2 days to get to me. Precision said they could get to me between 4-8 PM. They called back in 15 minutes and showed up less than 1 hour later. All the work was done by 2 pm. Great service, good prices and everything works well. Go with these people!

They came reasonably quickly for a non-emergency. They reviewed everything (even though the problem seemed to have fixed itself). The price was fair, and the tech was friendly. He also observed all covid restrictions without asking.

Tim was my technician. He arrived on time and quickly determined what his next steps were. Due to prior poor maintenance the door was loud, shaky and operated erratically, causing it to jump off the rails. He replaced worn rollers, adjusted the rails and lubricated the hinges. Door now opens very smooth and quiet. I couldn't be happier with the results, and Tim never tried to sell me work or parts I didn't need.

An easy 5 stars review for Precision Garage Door. I've called on them several times over the years (and they've never disappointed). Most of the time they have same day service (which is impressive). Their reps are always kind and knowledgable. Their price seems fair...given the prompt service and knowledgable technicians. I called precision,they had someone come the same day and fix my problems. Very courteous. I had a large gap big enough for a squirel to fit under and the old opener would not let me program the in car openers to it. They found a frayed cable so I had them go ahead and change cables and install new opener. They even programmed both cars to the opener for me. Very pleased with their work.

Same day AMAZING service! Tim came out the SAME DAY that we called and replaced the entire existing garage door opening system THAT DAY. Since we wanted the WiFi enabled system and the second door needed a total installation, Tim was back as promised SUNDAY morning and finished the job right and the first time. Tim, the service person, was good. However, despite talking to scheduling person and describing the need for new batteries, and despite an email to them describing the need for battery replacement, the service person arrived without batteries and told me batteries were backordered. Admin to service person to customer communications were POOR!

Had an annoying noise from garage door. Found Precision because original company's service tech forgot us twice! Tim W was superb! Super informative, no pressure and let me make the decision as to what to fix or not fix. Ended up with all new rollers, and a new support that fixed my problem! Hi Mr. Rapp, Tried to send an e-mail to you and it was sent back. We had the garage door put in on Tuesday. Sounded great when the tech left, but yesterday and today, the door is not as quite. So, I called the office,614-768-6353. She is sending our tech back on Monday. So, I hope things are resolved then. The only other thing is, some time down the line, I may reach out and see if if I can get the Thames window inserts. But all in all, very kind and hard working people you have working for you. I needed the bottom rubber seal repaired on my garage door. After 2 handyman couldn't repair it I contacted Precision Garage Door since their website said they make those repairs and they have extended hours. I contacted them and they came out a few hours later and repaired it. Very satisfied.
