Walker was our technician. He did an excellent job. When he did his initial inspection he pointed out that the springs were not adequate for the weight of the door. The old motor was showing signs of wear gears, and circuit board. He recommended the 3/4 HP Linear motor and better springs with a belt drive. Longer warranty and quieter opener. Very pleased.

Garage door was serviced by Cayne. He came within hours of us calling and promptly looked at our damaged spring and hinges, quoting us many options for us to choose for the repair. He explained things very well and worked quickly. We appreciated him taking the time to answer our questions and get the job done quickly and proficiently.

I had 2 broken springs on my overhead garage door and didn't realize it until I couldn't use the garage door opener and couldn't lift it manually. I called another company that we used in the past and they told me on Friday that they couldn't come out till the following Monday. My car was in the garage and I couldn't get it out. I told them "no thanks." I asked my neighbor for a reference and he told me Precision. They came out the same day. They called ahead to let me know when they would be at my house. My technician (Dustin) was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He assessed the problem(s) and gave me more than one estimate depending on how much work I wanted to do. I ended up replacing 2 springs, cabling, ball bearings, bearing plates and all ten rollers. Luckily my overhead door opener was still in good shape and didn't need replacing. My garage door not only works so much better, it's quieter too. I really appreciate the great service I received from Precision and would definitely recommend the company to others.

Called Precision because our opener belt broke over the weekend and they promptly answered the phone and scheduled Tom Palmer to be at our home around 2pm. Tom arrived on time and noticed one of our springs had also broken. He took the time to explain our repair options, and even helped me look for a clip from the belt, that if we found it, would save us money on our repair. Unfortunately we couldn't find it. Tom was friendly, thorough, and completed the repair quickly. Happy with the service we received from Tom and Precision Door Service!!
