We are so pleased we chose Precision Door Service ! Tom was the nicest guy that fixed our problem. He was very polite and informed us about the problem and what needed to be fixed to make the door work ! It is so good now and goes up and down very quietly. The problem was the door would not go up and down . We looked in the yellow pages and saw your add. The service 24/7 and weekend appointments caught our eye. We needed it fix as soon as possible so we could get out of the garage to meet our daughter and family for a Father's Day Brunch ! Again, Tom was a very good worker and you should be glad he is an employee for you as he gives the customer good service ! We would call Precision again if needed and recommend Precision to anyone. Very pleased with service gentlemen was friendly and got job done . Used them in 2008 and again today. One of the duel springs broke . Called at 6:30 am this morning. Was given a 10:00-12 noon window for service. They came early did spring replacement and gone by 10:00 am . Thank you very pleased.

I called this morning, and John was at our door at the scheduled time, very polite and personable. He quickly discovered the problem with the opener. He explained exactly what needed to be done, and did it. The door works perfectly now. We will definitely call Precision whenever we have a problem with out garage door, and will be glad to see John again, because we know he knows what he is doing, and will do a great job. 5 stars for sure!

This was an emergency call that was handled very quickly. Eric was the technician. He took the time to go over the whole garage door system (17 years old) and advise us as to what really needed to be repair. I highly recommend Precision and Eric. This morning I simply opened the phone book and called one number, no answer, then I called you. I would have no problem in recommending your company. I had an old style spring one on each side of the door. Tom recommendation convinced me to go with the overhead type of springs. We discussed new doors, I opted just to have the new type of springs. Tom and your company get 10 stars from me.

I called for an estimate on a Sunday due to a damaged garage door and Greg came to the house the next morning. I ordered 2 new garage doors and he installed them 2 weeks later because they had to be ordered. Greg was very professional and had them both installed in one day. They are better than the old ones he replaced. I'm very satisfied and happy to have the new doors without too much fuss.
