This is someone who pays attention to detail, and truly enjoys his job and what he does… it’s not just a job. He cares about the homeowners, is respectful, immediately made me feel comfortable, supported educating me on maintenance of our garage door system, and did an extraordinary job with the repair. He never once tried to sell me something that wasn’t necessary and educated me on how to maintain top performance of our garage door. Wow! While home repairs on a random Tuesday night are never ideal - my customer service was awesome. I had a next day appointment made online at 10pm. Jason showed up the next morning right on time and was super friendly and helpful. Repair was completed in about an hour and he gave me different price options which was nice. Without a doubt - very professional and timely. Repeat customer for sure.

Derek was great! He called and arrived early. He worked with my mom and me to get the garage door fixed the same day at a price she could afford. It was on a Sunday. I thought the door would need to be replaced but he repaired it and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend Derek!

Tom A. Palmer was my Technician, I needed a new garage door opener, he explain the differences in the opener models and answered my numerous questions. I new my garage door had a broken hinge that needed replaced, he pointed out two other hinges that had stress cracks in them, so I had those replaced also. He inspected the garage door and installed the new opener, and programed the two remotes & outside keyless pad. Very happy with the work that Tom did, and would recommend Tom & Precision for your garage door/opener needs.

The spring on my garage door broke suddenly on a Sunday afternoon. My boyfriend suggested I call Precision Door which I did even though it was a Sunday. My call was answered by a friendly, professional call center representative who promptly scheduled an appointment for me the next day. Tim, the repairman, came promptly at 10 am when he was scheduled, and called me beforehand as promised, which I appreciated. We inspected the door together and he told me I would have a few options for the repair. He gave me estimates on those options - no pressure whatsoever. After I made my choice, he very quickly and professionally did the repair. It was all done in less than an hour. Tim was very personable, friendly and professional. My overall experience was top-notch and I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

My Garage door was ran into and 2 panels damaged. I called Precision and within 4 hours Tim Tomlinson showed up and very and evaluated the damage. He was very professional and within 10 minutes had an estimated repair cost and timeframe for new panels being ordered / installed. This is the first time I have used Precision and thus far have been extremely impressed with their response time and work ethics.

We had great service today. I called early afternoon and got an appointment between two and four. He was here at two. He very quickly realized we just needed to reboot a garage door opener to get it to open. We felt foolish for having him come all this way to our home, but he was very nice about it. I called with a concern about a squeal that I heard after closing our garage door. I was able to make an appointment fairly easy and quickly. The service tech, Kayne, was very friendly, came out and took a look and made his recommendations. Unbeknownst to him, I HATED how noisy our garage door opener had been since we built our house, you could hear it from the curb! The repairs (springs, rollers, belt, opener) were done quickly and Kayne explained all of the necessary instructions, had me demonstrate a couple of functions, and asked if we had any questions. Needless to say, we are now noise free all the way around! YAY! I've been thanking my husband for our new garage door opener for the last couple of days! ???? Thanks PDS!
