I was very pleased with the technician he was very knowledgeable and professional. The 3 star rating is no reflection on the tech but on the cost of the service. I would have gotten other quotes if were are dealing with Covid-19. It was truly sticker shock however I will say I was able to get same day service that was also impressive. I thought I was just getting maintenance done which is what the service was again I thought the cost was extremely high.

My garage door stopped working, of course the car was in the garage. Called Precision on a Saturday night the service man, Tim, was there before 10 the next morning. He gave me two options, fix everything, or fix just what was broken. I wanted everything fixed or replaced if it was worn or broken. He completed the work in a timely fashion and left no mess. Made sure the door was working properly before he left and put in two new light bulbs in my garage door opener. Would recommend Precision to others in my condo community.

I was very surprised to hear from my wife that your Technician (Tom Palmer) came into my house twice without a mask even though Franklin County is under a mandatory mask order and wearing a mask to protect my 62 year old wife would have been the least I would have expected. Very disappointed in this. All the work was done rapidly and professionally and the garage door works perfectly now. The cost was higher than I expected, but I did not have time to take bids and cannot say if it was above the market or not. My low rating is based strictly on your employees total disregard for my wife's safety and health.

I would have given this review 5 stars, but I have to say the only thing I'm not impressed with is the repair cost. It was extremely expensive to fix at over $ 1200. I realize not every repair is the same, and not every garage door is the same - but we had a little sticker shock when we were told how much it would be. We really didn't have time to call around for more quotes not knowing if they would have everything they needed as well as availability. We needed to get this done asap because we couldn't get our cars out of the garage. Now for the pros, there are several: The service, the friendliness of the person that came by for the repair, and the 7 year warranty make it all worth it though. Also, he came with everything he needed to fix our garage door and was punctual and polite.
