Precision Garage Door came to our rescue! While we knew the spring broke on the garage door Friday night, we thought we'd be able to manually lift it on Saturday. So when the prior garage door repair company we called didn't get back with us - and we found out we couldn't life the door Saturday morning, I looked for another answer in a panic. Precision was the first company to show up when I Googled garage door repair. I saw 24/7 hours and same day service and called right away. We were given a repair window of 12-4 when I called in at 11 AM. While I wish the repair could have been immediate, when they showed up within 2 hours (at 1 PM), I was quite pleased. The tech looked over the situation, gave me some options on the spring and other fixes/maintenance needed - and had everything with them to do the work when I authorized all services. They were done within the 1.5 hour gestimate they provided and it came time to pay. I have no idea if the pricing is competitive as I didn't have the luxury of getting 3 estimates. I had to cancel one appointment when my car was held hostage by the garage door, I only hoped to set it free in time for the other plans I had that day. The Precision workers were wonderful - efficient, professional and nice to speak to. I highly recommend you give them a call - especially if you're in a pinch. As a follow up - the other company finally returned our call after we'd made the appointment with Precision. As it turns out - they would not have been able to get to us same day. Needless to say, I won't be calling on that company again!

I inquired about a garage door at 11am on a Saturday hoping to get a repair done within the next week. Not even 8 hours later, we had our garage door fixed! Friendly, affordable, fast service. Will (hopefully not need soon) use again!

Jonathon evaluated all areas of the door and made recommendations we might want to consider while he was there. No high pressure sales, all decisions left up to me. I am very happy with the work that was done. The door should be good to go for years with me lubricating it once a year.

Double door spring broke at noon. Immediately called for an appointment. Mindy scheduled me for 2-6p the same day. Walker started repair at 245p. Work was completed in less than 4 hours after the old spring sprung! Thanks for a quick and professional repair!

Gary Lemaster did an outstanding job. Gary called me in advance to discuss the problem I was having and he explained what the problem likely was. When he arrived, we went over the issue again. Gary then went to work, diagnosing the problem and inspecting the entire system. After he finished, he explained what he found and laid out the options. The process was very transparent. Given my garage door opener was 23 years old I elected to go with a new genie opener and other replacement parts. Gary thoroughly explained why, given the age of my system, I should consider the overhaul. I accepted all of Gary’s suggestions. Gary installed the new system and then explained everything to me. As I said, Gary did an outstanding job and he deserves a 5 star rating.

Jason was my service specialist and replaced my overhead garage door opener, keypad, and touch opener as well as other components that were defective or worn. He had everything he needed with him and performed all of the work in just a few hours. He also programmed my car to the new opener, put in the security code into the keypad, and explained how everything works, including if the electric goes out. I was referred to Precision Door by two other friends hi had similar work done.

After having a terrible experience w/another company last week, my garage door was still unable to open, my car wasvsitting outside, the other company's tech car left 3 large oil stains on my concrete driveway, I canceled my next appointment with the other company & call Precision Garage Doors. Precision office staff could not have been nicer. They scheduled their tech Evan (Joseph) Long to come out today, Sun Feb 5, 2023. Everything was perfect, Evan got everything done. He got the "hung door" released, diagnosed the main issue to be our old garage door opener, but he also got that up working. I opted to replace the 20+ year old garage door opener & some others things that seemed ready to replace. Evan explained everything, he did not pressure me to do anything, he showed me several options to look at, I chose one of the option & he completed the work. Thank goodness I called Precision, I highly recommend this company & especially tech Evan Long. Very pleased with everything, they are a 5 star plus company.
