6/09/2023: From the original phone call when Michaela answered and set up my appointment, to the arrival of the tech (Adam) who performed the work, this experience was pleasant and professional. When Adam arrived, he was on time and outstanding with his knowledge, work ethic, and git-er-done attitude. From the start of his work to the completion – about five hours later – Adam was a very impressive worker. He had only positive things to say about the company (Precision) and never ran out of energy. He replaced two garage door openers and the wheels on both doors, ran new wiring, and set them both up to work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Adam did. He explained what needed to be done, got my permission to perform the work, then proceeded to do it, cleaning up after himself, checking and double-checking his work. I would rate this whole process as a 10 out of 5. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback.

Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn't. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?

I neglected to ask , before arrival of tech, the cost of a spring and 2 cables. Per a Google search, typical single spring replacement I'd somewhere in the $400.00 range. When the tech arrived, he took a look and gave my wife an estimate of $1.500.00. The tech was attempting to replace everything, even though, through experience, I knew only the spring and possibly the cables needed replaced. My wife, who thankfully I coached beforehand, told the tech we only wanted the spring and cables replaced. This brought the total down to around 900.00. I believe the tech attempted to replace items that were not in need of replacement, plus, the ending price to be very high.

Kayne came today to assist us with an urgent Garage Door issue. Earlier in the day our Garage door cable broke and other issues were discovered! He also was upfront about our issue and gave us a couple of options which we choose to just replace the door based upon the age and issues. Excellent Service, called for service late Saturday and had appointment for mid morning on Sunday. Our tech (Tim) was great, he explained all issues from start to finish. He checked out door and found issues that needed repaired / replaced then gave us options to choose from. When we decided everything was done before he left. I expected to be charged more for the components than I could buy them for myself but $165.00 for a keypad i can buy anywhere for $45 I thought was bit excessive. And to pay $1200.00 for a basic door opener install was a bit pricey and most of the bolts on the hanger weren’t even tightened down . I don’t think you’ll be putting in my next opener.

This is the second time that we called Precision for an issue with our garage door and as the last time they came the same day and fixed our problem. Our spring was broken and we could not open our garage door. It was Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and we didn't think we could get the door fixed until Tuesday. Dustin arrived on Monday morning and replaced the coil. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. We would recommend your company!

Service tech very pleasant. Good salesman. Because the garage door broke at a time when it was critical that I get it repaired quickly- after regular business hours, of course, in retrospect I probably paid more than I should have for some elements of the 'repair' materials. Unfortunate that I did not have the luxury of doing research into need/cost of repair materials/components.
