Very easy interaction via chat on their website, same day turnaround. They installed a new spring and door opener and I didn't feel pressured to do anything other than the minimum. Once I agreed to everything Tyler installed it with ease and didn't need a thing. He cleaned up after the work and even took the old parts with him! This is the way businesses should be run.

We finally gave in and decided it was time to replace our 30 year old garage doors, so after talking to a friend, we decided on Precision; we weren't disappointed. Choosing the design was easy enough, but the real surprise came when I received a call, much sooner than I expected, to schedule an install date. My installer was right on time, did a wonderful job, and left my garage and driveway perfectly clean when he finished ... In fact, every person that I spoke with and dealt with, from start to finish, was polite, helpful, and very pleasant. Tim Tomlinson did an excellent job of replacing a broken spring and other worn parts as well as doing a complete install of a new Genie Proseries Opener. Arrived on time and very professional. The spring broke at 2:45 this afternoon. After calling Precision, all repairs and new installation were completed by 5:45 this afternoon. Could not ask for better service.

The springs broke on our garage door, so we called Precision Garage Door to come out to fix it. Our technician Dustin K. was awesome!! This young man thoroughly inspected our door to reveal it definitely was the springs. He showed us a couple of different options for repair and once we chose one, he was ready to get the job done. He explained what he would be replacing and the length of time it would take to complete. Once he was finished he showed us the old parts and what had happened. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had our door repaired and updated by 8:00PM that same night.
