My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called Precision and within 90 minutes Michael Bowman arrived, inspected the springs, gave me several options and had the springs changed and working within 30 minutes. I fully expected to have to wait a day or so and was surprised at the quick service. The cost was reasonable and I am fully satisfied. Michael was professional, personable and is a good representative for Precision.

I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called. That was great because my garage door opener was broken and opening and closing the garage door by hand was getting old. Tyler was on time and gave me multiple options of openers to choose from. He had everything he needed on the truck and installed it in about an hour. He was also able to program extra remotes I had on hand. He also left me a can of lube spray and explained the regular maintenance of the belt, springs and rollers. The opener was a lot more than I had planned on spending, but it operates a lot better than the one that broke. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I would say that this company and Tyler really stand out as exceptional. Your company quickly repaired a broken spring i believe last summer. With one phone call and same day. Yesterday door would not open or close. Assumed the drive motor needed replaced. They were over that afternoon. Very professional and quickly accessed the problem was very simple. A light bulb activating the unit. No Charge for the bulb and No Service Charge. And No Bill for $375 for a new unit. Highly recommend, honest, and reliable.

Because of how quick you could come and fix my garage door, You were the first one that could come fix the problem. Discussed the band aid solution and the total fix. I decided on the total garage door fix, springs, rollers, opener, cables, the whole shabang. At First when I saw the prices I was a little blown away, but when I heard I had a 7 year warranty of the whole thing it brought my worries down. Matt was my Garage door Tech and loved him more when I found out he served as well. I think Matt should get Garage Tech of the year from what I saw today when getting the garage door back up and running.

The garage door spring broke on Friday afternoon after 4pm. Precision Door was my second call, after my usual garage door service company couldn’t come until Wednesday. As promised, the service tech arrived early Sunday afternoon. In addition to a broken spring, bearings were very worn, drum cables were crimped from the broken spring crash,and a few steel mount plates showed hairline cracks. I was presented with three cost estimates- replace the spring to get the door back into operation but doesn’t address the bearings and other long term issues, and two other estimates that addressed the gamut of worn out equipment. Generally I don’t fix anything unless broken but decided to pay for the preventive maintenance. I have no idea if I “overpaid” as it was a weekend service call and it wasn’t a cheap bill. That said Walker, the service tech, was the repair person that you hope will come to service your broken door - polite and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

I had save the Valpak coupon because a friend suggested I get an outside keypad opener. It was right beside me when the door failed to open. Amy was lovely, a calming influence. She offered to call a technician to be sure somebody could get here the same day and he could. She sent a gentleman. He called to let me know when he would arrive. He did wear a mask and said he would inspect first. The right spring was clearly separated. You had installed this garage opener in 2013 so a number of parts were worn. Squeaks are gone and everything is working great now! Contactless credit card payment worked well and the detailed invoice DID follow in my email. I have seen your advertising on tv, too, and knew everything Michael Bowman would need was on his van. And that included the outside keypad! Wonderful experience! Thank you!
