I was so beyond impressed and appreciate the service this company did for us. I called early afternoon today for a repair to our garage door. They were able to put me on the schedule for today. Gary (A) called me about 20 minutes later and was at our house 20 mins after that. He diagnosed the issue, gave me 2 repair options and fixed it, all within an hour or less. I have had good customer service from places in the past, but this has to be the best. Thank you so much Gary!! We are repeat customers and will definitely continue to be in the future.

Precision did a great job of quickly coming out and replacing a busted spring! Unfortunately the premium was very high for the experience and as a result will be sure to check around for what I expect to be a better value.

I'm more than pleased with the repair and service PGD provided yesterday. The technician, James, was very professional with his assessment of what was needed and explaining what options were available. If my upcoming surgery wasn't in the way of some of the upgrade options, I would have done so. I did follow some of his recommendations for the repair. It cost more, but I have peace of mind that I won't have any more problems with the garage door. James is a pro, that's for sure. PDG may have cost a little more than other contractors, but their professionalism and attention to details was well worth the cost. I highly recommend them if you want the job done right the first time.

Gary was our technician. He explained all options to fix the door and helped me decide which one was best for our situation. While he was here, he noticed a couple things that were potential future problems and fixed them as well. He did an outstanding job and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing service.

Communication was terrible--service tech told me I had three options to get my garage door working... #1 Good $1155; #2 Better $1515 or #3 Best $1715... no description of what I was getting, only that if I went with #2 it would have a 10 year warranty. So based on seeing a screen on his phone with just the information show above (no details)... I picked the middle #2! After the service, I received an e-mail showing the options listed above with the details of what all was included (first time to know what I was getting)... AND I noticed, the warranty is only for 7 years NOT 10! They have no paperwork, no pamphlet, no warranty certificate indicating what is and what is not covered. Later, I received an e-mail from the owner of the company-asking me to write a review-but if "for any reason you are not totally satisfied, I would consider it a favor if you called and gave me the opportunity to redress the situation". So I called, obviously I was not permitted to talk directly to him. I talked with someone who argued with me and told me the office manager would call me back... that was on 5/15,,, NO ONE HAS CALLED! Be careful, ask for proof of what you are getting, know your warranty, ask for paperwork! Hopefully, if anything does go wrong they will honor their service?????

I had previously used Precision Door ton address an issue at my own house. This time it was at my daughter's house in German Village. Jason, the tech, was on time and quickly assessed the problem. He fixed it in20 minutes and has the door operating effectively. Overall, I was very pleased with the service at a reasonable price.

Called at 130 pm - explained my problem. Dustin arrived little more than an hour later. Amazing service response. He quickly serviced door and corrected my problem. 6/09/2023: From the original phone call when Michaela answered and set up my appointment, to the arrival of the tech (Adam) who performed the work, this experience was pleasant and professional. When Adam arrived, he was on time and outstanding with his knowledge, work ethic, and git-er-done attitude. From the start of his work to the completion – about five hours later – Adam was a very impressive worker. He had only positive things to say about the company (Precision) and never ran out of energy. He replaced two garage door openers and the wheels on both doors, ran new wiring, and set them both up to work perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased with the job that Adam did. He explained what needed to be done, got my permission to perform the work, then proceeded to do it, cleaning up after himself, checking and double-checking his work. I would rate this whole process as a 10 out of 5. Thank you for this opportunity to provide feedback.

Keypad was not working. Thought it was the bateries. It wasn't. Called yesterday and they came out today. Turns out the keypad was recalled. The guy removed the pad and put a new one on. Maybe 1/2 at the top?
