The entire experience was very good, very professional. They answered my call quickly, took my information, scheduled the work for two hours later. Dmitri was very pleasant and efficient. He analyzed the multiple issues with our 20 year old system and went over the options to fix. The door that Precision installed a couple of years ago started making a load noise when closing. Joe W. quickly discovered the problem - the door was hitting the opener arm on its way down. He adjusted the arm higher and solved the problem in a matter of minutes. Excellent work.
