I found Precision Garage Door Service through a Google search. When I phoned, I expected to get a recording, but I got a pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable lady who, to my surprise, sad there would be a service person at my address that afternoon. I had expected it would be a few days before the evaluation and estimate would be ready. David Hedjuk arrived right on time and told me he thought he could repair the door and not need to replace it. He gave me an estimate and said it would take him 2 or 3 hours to get the job done. I asked if he meant if he was going to do the repair right then and he said sure. I was so convinced the repair would not be done for days that I had bought yellow Caution tape to string across the door opening to keep people away. David repaired the door and pointed out ways that the initial installation was deficient and a bit unsafe. The door now is better than it was when it was new. This company and the employees I had the pleasure of working with are outstanding and I would certainly use them again, if needed.

Had a garage door issue about 12 noon on Friday, called Precision and received a same day appointment. James (Jordon) D arrived at approximately 2:30pm. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He did a very thorough inspection of the garage door, mechanical parts and the garage door opener. He advised the issue/issues and advised the solutions and costs. James explained everything in a clear precise manner and kept us informed during the entire process. From the first person I talked with to the installer, each person I dealt with was professional and courteous. Luckily, my garage door was in stock and they came out the next day to install it. Our garage door cable came off the pully during the holidays.. we closed it and waited.... a couple weeks later.. looked on the internet and came across Percision. We liked that there is no extra charge for day, night, weekends! We made an appointment online... The technician was running late... but made up for it with his great personality and his ability to get the garage door back on track. Garage door was cracking and screeching and really needed maintenance. I had used Precision before and actually recommended it to others. Their representative, Derek, did an excellent job. He was professional but courteous, friendly, and let us know exactly what he had to do. And, yes I would use them again. The only reason for the 4 star rating was I thought the price was too high. I could have refused the work and called another company, but I know from experience that Precision is one of the best.

I have used your company before and was satisfied. Seeing that you offered service 24/7 was also a plus since this is a holiday weekend. David H. was the tech who arrived less than 2 hours after I called for service. He was friendly, professional, and seemed knowledgeable. He evaluated the situation and provided recommendations but never pressured me to select options I passed on. Overall, I was very satisfied. David was a pleasure to work with. I do have one issue to point out although it is minor. After I made the appointment, I received an email that was intended to give me an intro to the tech that was coming out. It showed pictures of many techs, but the email didn't tell me who it was that was scheduled to be here. So it wasn't very helpful, but I like the concept.

I was contacted by phone a few minutes after submitting an online request. Technician Jason was at our house within an hour of submitting the request. He fixed the problem, and suggested and completed a few things to better stabilized the process of the door opening and closing. All around great experience starting with booking the appointment with the live agent who answered the call on a Saturday for what was hopefully a same day appointment. Fortunately they had a slot open late afternoon where other companies could not accommodate me before the new years holiday. Not only did I get an appointment same day but the technician arrived early. Chaz was my technician and he was excellent. Clearly knows his field, provided great service and was an excellent representative for the firm. He was personable, efficient, and informative throughout the entire process. I had a very old garage door opener replaced and couldn’t be happier with the company and the technician, James D, that did the job. James inspected my old opener (it failed most categories - no surprise) and gave me three replacement options without any hard sell. The installation went smoothly, James explained the operation of the new opener, he explained how to connect it to the phone app and left no debris behind. He also lubricated the door. I highly recommend Precision.
