Right now I am feeling buyers remorse because I feel I paid way too much for what I received. I should have compared prices. I paid $940 for their cheapest springs ( only one year warranty), two cables and a couple of brackets. I feel like I paid hundreds over what it should have cost. The Installer was polite, timely and courteous but I am mad at myself for not just saying no and doing my due diligence and getting other estimates.

How nice is it to do business with a company that is prompt and sends out such good workers who know what they're doing. When both our garage door springs broke, Rodney came to take care of the situation. Because we didn't want to invest more money in a very old door, we decided instead to have a new garage door installed. Rodney helped us design a new door, and we were more than pleased with his advice. Our installer Alex was so pleasant, arrived on time, was courteous, and thoroughly cleaned the workplace when he finished the installation. We recommend Precision for all your garage door needs as we found this company was reliable, reasonably priced, and offered quality products.

Excellent service from appointment request through to completion of repairs. I had a failure of my 20yr old garage door opener and sent an online request to Precision the morning of August 30. Within one hour, I had a call back and a service schedule for 12-4pm same day. The service tech, Tim Tomlinson Jr, called at 12noon letting us know he would be at our home at 12:20pm. Tim was a very nice, courteous, and knowledgeable tech; explaining all options on the front end, fast professional repair/installation, and operational performance at completion of the job. I couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. Job well done !!

I needed the springs replaced(broken) and a new bottom seal replaced. The tech explained all my options saying the door showed no rust and would last, unless of course I ran into it!! So I purchased the parts to change out and a 10 yr warranty thrown in. So I think it will be worry free for at least 10 yrs since we don't use it a whole lot, reducing the # of revolutions on the springs. The tech did a great job for me; didn't know he was out there.

Our garage door broke Monday morning -- Jason was out to see us the next day. He was great - explained things, walked me through the check-up (what was working, what wasn't), quickly identified the cause of the problem and gave us options. Parts were on the truck - so door was fixed and working within an hour. Jason was friendly and helpful. Great service and will definitely call them again when and if we need a fix!

Great service! We needed a new opener and other equipment as we had issues with our 20 year old unit. From the time I called until the time the job was finished took a total of 4 hours!
