The technician was timely, courteous and knowledgeable, He replacey the torsion spring and rollers. He then straightening the rails which were poorly done by the builder. I thought they were a bit high price wise. It was a Saturday morning and was done by 2:00. So it was worthwhile. When the time comes to replace the opener I will call them again

Garage spring broke during the evening. Precision was able to get to me on the schedule the next day and perform the necessary repairs. Also completed an inspection of all components of the garage door and recommend some other items to consider and things to watch going forward. Our technician was Tim Jr. We have never met such a polite individual as Tim. He explained all actions that he would take clearly and asked if we had any questions. Told us how long it would take and was right up to the minute. I don't know if all personnel at Precision Door are trained this way but if they are it would be a pleasure to deal with them. Whoo hoo! This process was seamless! As well the broken up payments were a life saver & very much appreciated! The best part of the day was my service tech, Dmitri. He was not only pleasant but incredibly kind & courteous. He identified the issue & went to work straight away. He even took the extra time to look at the single bay door which was acting wonky that your company also installed in 2010. Kayne called when he was in route, showed up on time and clearly explained exactly what was happening with our garage door. We had an emergency situation on Labor day weekend. I made a call to Precision, they sent a represenative( Alana), she then called and had a reparman( Tyler) come out. Right now I am feeling buyers remorse because I feel I paid way too much for what I received. I should have compared prices. I paid $940 for their cheapest springs ( only one year warranty), two cables and a couple of brackets. I feel like I paid hundreds over what it should have cost. The Installer was polite, timely and courteous but I am mad at myself for not just saying no and doing my due diligence and getting other estimates.
