The springs broke on our garage door, so we called Precision Garage Door to come out to fix it. Our technician Dustin K. was awesome!! This young man thoroughly inspected our door to reveal it definitely was the springs. He showed us a couple of different options for repair and once we chose one, he was ready to get the job done. He explained what he would be replacing and the length of time it would take to complete. Once he was finished he showed us the old parts and what had happened. He cleaned up all the old parts, got payment and was off to his next repair. Thanks Dustin for your knowledge and prompt work. I would definitely recommend this company as well as Dustin. Our garage door malfunctioned at 4:45PM on a Sunday night. I called Precision and by 5:45 I had a service technician, Michael Bowman, at my house and inspecting the door. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and had our door repaired and updated by 8:00PM that same night.
