My name is Tom Palmer. I've lived in Grove City all of my life. I have a 19 year old son and a 15 year old daughter. I have previously worked in the residential construction business. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach and working on anything from dirtbikes and motorcycles, to race cars and trucks.

I would give you a 5 star rating. The serviceman was prompt (same day WOW), friendly and did a good job. I can tell that the part he replaced is doing a great job because the door opener is much quieter and doesn't sound like it is straining. I have to admit the price was total sticker shock, but when I called about it, the person answering the phone gave a good explanation and waived the service charge. I would definitely recommend you to others.

We are so pleased we chose Precision Door Service ! Tom was the nicest guy that fixed our problem. He was very polite and informed us about the problem and what needed to be fixed to make the door work ! It is so good now and goes up and down very quietly. The problem was the door would not go up and down . We looked in the yellow pages and saw your add. The service 24/7 and weekend appointments caught our eye. We needed it fix as soon as possible so we could get out of the garage to meet our daughter and family for a Father's Day Brunch ! Again, Tom was a very good worker and you should be glad he is an employee for you as he gives the customer good service ! We would call Precision again if needed and recommend Precision to anyone. This morning I simply opened the phone book and called one number, no answer, then I called you. I would have no problem in recommending your company. I had an old style spring one on each side of the door. Tom recommendation convinced me to go with the overhead type of springs. We discussed new doors, I opted just to have the new type of springs. Tom, the Precision Door Service technician who responded to our call for service, just left. Tom arrived in a timely manner (Actually a little sooner than Precision had promised), repaired our garage door opener, lubed all the moving parts, and was extremely cordial during the entire process. We are very satisfied, and happy we chose Precision Door Service. If your garage door needs service, you can't go wrong with Precision. They are professionals, and their rates are very reasonable.

Tom explained what was causing the door to shift and he corrected the problem in less than an hour due to his skill and experience. He was personable, courteous and he left no mess. I would have to say that this is the most professional company I have dealt with...ever. Their attention to detail is obvious. After calling to make an appointment, I received a confirmation email with the ability to see who would be coming to my home for the service call. The tech was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job of assessing the problem and answered all my questions. He gave me options for the repair without pressure to buy. We needed springs replaced, but I opted to do an overhaul on the rollers and bearings. The door runs smooth and quiet. I would highly recommend Precision garage door company.

One of our neighbors told us to call Precision Doors, and when I looked them up in the yellow pages and saw that they were backed by the BBB and offered same day service, I gave them a call. I called at 7:05 am and Tom, the technician, was at our door by 8:00 am. Tom was very knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done and discussed it with us and there were no hidden fees. I called precision doors Saturday nite at 830, by 915 they were at my house to fix my broken spring on my garage door, they finished just after 10, and I was in bed by 1030 sleeping like a baby, not having to worry about being able to get out of my garage the next morning.

Very polite/professional customer service, gave a two hour arrival time block, called one hour before arrival to confirm arrival time. I loved the email conformation of my appointment. Service man called me ahead to tell me his arrival time and was on time. He explained my door problem. Fixed it and price was what they quoted. Definitely recommend this company
