When closing my metal garage door, a panel buckled on one side and two panel wheels came off the track. I thought it was ruined. I called Precision Door in an emergency situation and Tom was dispatched within 2 hours. Tom's first opinion was the door should be replaced. His methodical approach to get the door back on track was fantastic. He made adjustments, the buckled section actually righted itself, he inspected all sections for safety and operation and all was accomplished in 1 hour! You folks are fantastic! You are truly a five-star company.

I had an emergency when the garage door would not open and I couldn't get my car out of the garage to go to work. My insurance company recommended Precision Door Service and stated they have very good ratings. I called Precision and they came to my home that afternoon and fixed a broken metal spring above the door that was 5 inches in diameter and 2 ft in length. The technician named Tom was great to work with. In approximately 1 hour he replaced the broken metal spring with a newer and better spring that has a 3 year warranty and 50,000 uses, meaning the new garage door spring is guaranteed to open and close the door up to 50,000 times. The garage door opens and closes smoothly and is very quiet while in operation. Precision Door Service even honored a $15 dollar coupon that my home insurance company emailed to me to print prior to their arrival. Precision is dependable, has an excellent product at a reason price, the service fee is reasonable, the technician (Tom) was professional courteous and fast! He checked all the mechanics of the other springs and hinges before leaving to insure they were no other metal parts that were no other metal parts that needed repair before he left. I found that my garage door wouldn't open at about 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I found Precision on the internet, that they were open and near my home. I called about 1pm and was given a window from 3 - 5pm that day. Tom arrived at 2:45, introduced himself, identified the problems and got to work. He was done by 4:15. Tom arrived within an hour of my call this morning to identify why my door wouldn't fully close and proceeded to fix the problem. Sadly my 20 year old opener died while he was working.
