Thomas was very professional and friendly. He did the job ( in the rain) I might add, He explained everything he did and showed me what still needs to be done, through another company. My garage door is sealed and very little co ok d air comes in now. Before it was like cc a freezer in the garage. I can't say enough about Precision Garage Door Repair. Precision Garage Door came to the house on the date and within the estimated arrival time that was provided when the appointment was scheduled. Tom called 15 minutes before arrival and went over everything he was going to do during his visit. Tom found an alternate solution for my problem that also saved some money; which was great and I never felt any pressure to decide one way or the other. A full garage door inspection was also performed at no additional charge!

After allowing another garage repair business come in and rig my garage door without actually fixing the issue I did my research and found Precision.. with all the 5 star reviews I felt more confident about my choice this time around. Knew reputation and past performance; however, Precision's mark-up on Genie Opener was highly excessive for the garage door opener market. The labor charge was reasonable for this area, but product cost made this an expensive deal. More economical to purchase opener online or at big box store and pay for installation. Also, not receiving an immediate copy of the invoice was unacceptable.

I was able to make a same day appointment on a Saturday. The technician, who was very courteous and professional, took one look at my garage door/opener and immediately saw the issue and fixed it. He was also able to tune-up (i.e. oil hinges) and inspect the garage door at the same time. The cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I have any other needs related to my garage door/opener.

The problem we were having with our garage door opener got fixed...for now anyway. The repairman did nothing more than what we had been doing to the opener and door. But, for some reason, it worked for him. We hope the repair lasts - but it may not - as we made the same exact repair ourselves a few weeks ago; it worked at first, but the door gradually started to not close all of the way, and became worse with each day. The repairman was very professional, kind and considerate, and let us know of Precision Door's policy to apply today's repair fee to a call back if they must return to further figure out what problem the door might be having.

Thomas Timmons came to my house and looked at my garage door. I knew that the spring had broken and also that the door was bent. He gave me two estimates.
