Review:

Thomas Timmons was incredible. He called 20 mins. before arriving. He explained everything he was going to do (evaluate, inspect, diagnose and correct the problem). He made recommendations of things that he felt should be addressed in the future but was not pushy in trying to get it done now. He took the time to explain the cost of the equipment needed to replace the sensors. He tested the equipment when he was done and then had me try it myself to make sure it worked to my satisfaction. He made sure we had no other questions or concerns about our garage door. He explained the payment process and offered a receipt and explained that an email receipt would also be sent. Mr. Timmons was very professional and courteous. Thank you Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for sending out Me. Timmons.
