Thank you Precision for fixing my garage door problem. Patrick was ahead of time, kind and courteous. Luckily it was a minor problem and I was not charged for service. As a Senior Citizen I appreciated the way I was treated. I will not hesitate to call Precision and Patrick again. I will be recommending Precision to all my friends.

Precision Team, Excellent experience. Courteous and knowledgeable technician. Diagnosed the problem and explained likely reason for the damaged part - which is primarily due to age (30 years) and wear and tear. Replacement solution, cost and associated timeline to complete the work. Patrick Mulligan - a trusted gentleman and technician. Thank you!!

A few days ago, my wife and I had a problem with our garage door opener not working properly. I called Precision Garage Door Service for help. I was greeted very nicely by a person who quickly set up an appointment for the next day. The next afternoon, Patrick Mulligan showed up at our door. He had called to let me know when he would be arriving and came at the time he said. He was very polite and friendly. He quickly found the problem and assured us that he would have the problem solved. Sure enough, in a short amount of time he completed the job and after giving us a report of what he had done he was on his way. It was a pleasure working with him and we'll certainly call again if the need arises.

I called to get an estimate to have the springs changed, install a heavier duty opener and adjust all the hardware for my 2 car garage door. They scheduled a visit for the very next day. The technician called 20 min prior to arrival and showed up on time, ready to work. He patiently waited while I explained all the issues and what I want as the final outcome. He told me to give him 20 min to check everything over and come up with a price. He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I wanted to spend. When I told him I would get back to him in a couple days, he called his boss and they dropped the quoted price to secure my business that day. He completed the work quickly and efficiently, while cleaning up as he worked. The job took about 1.25 hours. He programmed all of the remotes, the keypad and even showed me how to connect wirelessly with the Genie app. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the care he took to insure everything was fixed to the best of his ability. I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing an upgrade to old equipment.

As always, my technician was knowledgeable, professional, and helped me work out a budget friendly plan to address all the necessary issues that needed to be resolved. The work was performed very efficiently, and my technician went over all of the work with me after it was completed.

Pat was a great help and worked hard to come up with a solution for me after other garage door companies were unable to assist me. I appreciate him making it happen same-day and I'm happy my old home now has an opener!

Thank you for sending Pat Mulligan to perform a preventative maintenance on our garage door. He was timely and knew what he was talking about. The only problem determined was that the door was sticking upon opening. He suggested what cleaning method to be done to get rid of the problem. He then reviewed how to determine when maintenance was needed and gave me his card. As promised on the phone, if no work was needed then the call was free. He then gave me his card, which I will use, if any problem would occur. Thank you Precision Garage Door.

Received great service from Precision Garage Doors today. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, Imani was familiar with the issue and fixed it professionally and timely. Also went beyond the call, upon leaving, noticed the door wasn’t flush with the ground and came back in to fix it! Also lubed all the wheels! Efficient, polite and knowledgeable with system. Great job!!!

Had a breakdown on a Saturday. They were able to get someone out on Sunday morning and get me back up and running. The repairman gave me two options for the repair and I knew what I would be paying upfront.

Pat, the Precision Service Tech that repaired our garage door on 11/04/ 2025 deserves a 5 Star rating. He arrived on time, worked very efficiently and was courteous. It was Sunday and I couldn't open my garage to get my car out. I was upset. I looked online and read good reviews on Precision Garage. I called and a very pleasant lady answered. I was told that someone could come out that same day and give me a free estimate. Patrick showed up soon after. He was very friendly, explained what was needed and I loved that he was not pushy and offered me different options. I decided right then and there that I wanted to go with this company. I was very pleased with Patrick, the job he did and the fact that I got 1 year free financing. I would definitely recommend this company.
