Great service! Was able to schedule the same day. Patrick explained the issue and gave a few options. He was pleasant and professional and able to complete the work the same day. I have used Precision Doors previously and would definitely recommend.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door Service, and it was a very good experience. I called them on a Friday and set up a consultation for Sunday. Pat came Sunday and was very understanding and accommodating in helping me address my garage door needs. He was able to do the work that very day, and I appreciated that they were available with no additional charge to work on a Sunday. Pat was very courteous and efficient. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Extremely fast response to initial inquiry and equally fast to provide service. The company showed interest from the start and met every expectation, as the reviews from previous customers suggested. We were pleased with the technician’s knowledge and understanding. He provided what we needed and didn’t try to talk us into more expensive work. Thank you Conner, Betsy & Arin

I was a loyal customer of another company for years. Less than three months ago they came out and did a full tuneup. Less than three months later my garage door fails. My spring broke which was a brand new spring. I called the other company who no longer offers after hours or weekends. I looked at the number of highly positive reviews and experiences described about precision garage door. I called them on a Saturday morning (of course things like this happen on Saturday mornings) and I was greeted by a very cordial and knowledgeable phone manager who because of the extreme cold said that they may not be able to get to me today but would get to me first thing Sunday morning. Bright and early Patrick was there. He took a good look and gave me a list of what had been wrong with the garage door including parts that could easily have been replaced that were over 40 years old. I had a staggered list of repairs that I could make now or could make overtime and then an estimate for the parts that could be replaced today to make the repair complete. I really appreciated Patrick giving me choices and breaking it down for me and explaining what was needed immediately and separating that from what could be done later. We went ahead and replaced the bearings, the rollers (both were over 40 years old) and replace the spring with double springs. I now have the peace of mind that this door should operate beautifully for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend this company. Patrick was outstanding. The quality of his work was excellent. We went over after he finished and he explained to me what was done and taught me how to maintain the garage door. I will probably have him out once every year or two to just preempt the winter. I would highly recommend this company.

The scheduler was helpful giving several options for times of repair. Patrick "Conner" Mulligan was our repair person. He called ahead and was prompt. He explained what needed to be repaired and why. He carefully repaired the garage door; it was much quieter than before. I would recommend both Patrick and Precision for garage door repair. One minor detail: he forgot the paper coupon for a Free Service Call, but he did include the discount in the final charges.

Patrick was extremely professional, patient and courteous the whole time he was assessing and repairing the garage. We had a few delays that were out of our control but he still continued to be extremely patient. I was beyond impressed with our interaction and with his professionalism. If I ever need repair services for my garage door again, I will definitely call Precision for all services.

Patrick Mulligan, the same that installed our opener on a very cold December night in 2022, came this afternoon, and got me fixed up in what seemed like seconds. Very appreciative that he was able to come so soon. It really wasn’t an earth shattering situation, just inconvenient, but again Patrick’s, and your business response was appreciated. You’re highly recommended in my book. Thanks to all. Have a great evening.

I was pleasantly shocked at how nice and knowledgeable your technician, Patrick Mulligan, was yesterday.. I explained to Patrick that my garage door seemed to be working fine, but I wanted some preventive maintenance done. Patrick explained to me the various levels of maintenance he could service, and the cost of each. Totally my choice! No high pressure! As he finished the job, Patrick explained to me exactly what he had done. Excellent follow-up! As far as your company’s response. I called late in the afternoon this week, Patrick arrived at approx. 8:20 a.m. the next morning, calling me first, that he was on his way. Excellent service! The only suggestions I want to give is that I think you could cut back on your TV ads, and you need more detail on this page concerning the service done. Look at my case. I probably used 6 service jobs on your list, and you only gave me one choice! Thank You.
