Fantastic experience. Precision delivered as promised in every way. Our break down occurred at 5:00 PM on a Sunday. I called Precision, was connected to a live person. A technician came on Sunday night and repaired the problem. Icing on the cake was our technician, Derek Mason. Derek was a great ambassador for the brand. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I called Precision on a Sunday afternoon when my garage door would not open. With a couple of hours Derek was in my driveway! He explained the other things that were going bad on a 33 yr old door and stated that they weren't critical at that time but I elected to have them done to avoid my vehicle being stranded again in the future. To my surprise, he was able to do them right then and there - on a Sunday no less! I did not realize just how bad the rollers, cables, hinges, etc. were on that door until he was finished and it's SO quiet and works so well that I am glad I found Precision.

I've seen Precision Door Service commercials for some time, but never needed them until Sunday morning when my garage door spring broke and the roller came out of the track. I called them at 10:00 AM and Bianca was very friendly and professional as she scheduled an appointment for that day between noon and 2:00 PM. Derek called shortly after noon and told me he was on his way. He was friendly and professional, and after assessing the situation, prepared three estimates for me ranging from "just get the door working" to "fix the problem and prevent future issues". I chose the full service including preventative maintenance and approximately 90 minutes later the door worked better than it did when it was brand new. If you want an excellent customer service experience, give these folks a call.

I got a rough price on the phone from Kelsey, and she said they could have a technician out that afternoon. He'd look at it and give me an exact price. Had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out within 3 hours to fix it. Other components were sold to me and replaced also. I was not aware they were needed but trusted the technician's explanation. It was expensive but with the 7 year warranty, I should be worry free.

I was able to set the appointment for same day service which was very convenient. I had been having issues with the garage door opening smoothly for quite some time and two other companies had been unable to resolve the problem. The tech listened to my descriptions before testing the door so he could know better what to watch for as he tested the door (the issue was sporadic but problematic.) He found a few problems pretty fast and was able to make adjustments as well as replace some parts needed. I was very happy he had everything he needed with him; there was no added waiting time for parts. Everything was done in under two hours. Fast and VERY friendly service. The issues seem to be resolved and if for some reason they aren’t I have the added comfort of a warranty. I’m very pleased with Precision Door.????

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

In November 2020, Precision came to my home for a service call on my newly-purchased, flipped house. They discovered that the overhead garage door was not installed correctly and completely went through the entire overhead garage to ensure proper functionality and safety. I was very happy with the work then and it is the reason why I call in Aug 2021 since the door was not working as expected. Derek was here within a few hours (on a Sunday!), and after a few adjustments and the door was working perfectly. Derek was professional and explained the issue in detail.
