I was able to set the appointment for same day service which was very convenient. I had been having issues with the garage door opening smoothly for quite some time and two other companies had been unable to resolve the problem. The tech listened to my descriptions before testing the door so he could know better what to watch for as he tested the door (the issue was sporadic but problematic.) He found a few problems pretty fast and was able to make adjustments as well as replace some parts needed. I was very happy he had everything he needed with him; there was no added waiting time for parts. Everything was done in under two hours. Fast and VERY friendly service. The issues seem to be resolved and if for some reason they aren’t I have the added comfort of a warranty. I’m very pleased with Precision Door.????

Precision initially installed our replacement double door garage opener. This year we had problems with the door opening periodically like someone had our passcode/ frequency, etc.. In addition, our inside door opener pad would not operate on a consistent basis. Our Techician Derek Mason was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked our whole system out and no obvious answer to our problem. However, he took the extra time out to look further into the inside wall contol unit and located a couple of wires somewhat loose. He tightened them up, and it's been almost a month now, and we haven't had any problems with the unit since. He gave us some additional tips as well. Thank You Derek.

Garage spring broke during the evening. Precision was able to get to me on the schedule the next day and perform the necessary repairs. Also completed an inspection of all components of the garage door and recommend some other items to consider and things to watch going forward. In November 2020, Precision came to my home for a service call on my newly-purchased, flipped house. They discovered that the overhead garage door was not installed correctly and completely went through the entire overhead garage to ensure proper functionality and safety. I was very happy with the work then and it is the reason why I call in Aug 2021 since the door was not working as expected. Derek was here within a few hours (on a Sunday!), and after a few adjustments and the door was working perfectly. Derek was professional and explained the issue in detail. I highly recommend this company!

Derrick, the repairman, couldn't have been better. Very knowledgeable, polite, answered all my questions, explained what was immediately wrong and also what other garage door issues (very old ball bearings, old spring) were affecting the garage opener. A plus!

My invoice says total invoice & total payment is $915.87. My credit card receipt is for $964.07. I realized there was a discrepancy at the time but assumed it was sales tax. However, the amount is not correct if that is the case. Why doesn’t the invoice show sales tax? Was I overcharged? Also, your initial appt confirmation said En W was my service technician. Derrick called & showed up. His picture was not in your original email. It was disconcerting but since he drove a Precision truck & had a Precision shirt, I had to assume he was legit. Suddenly Wednesday evening we had a broken garage door opener. Saw an advertisement for garage door repair, etc. and called Precision Thursday morning.
