I give 5 ??, when I made the appointment I was told between 8-12. the tech called me at about 7:40 anti let me know he is on the way. 8:05 he was here. Very nice, took his time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend.

I inquired about a garage door at 11am on a Saturday hoping to get a repair done within the next week. Not even 8 hours later, we had our garage door fixed! Friendly, affordable, fast service. Will (hopefully not need soon) use again!

Came home from a cruise to our garage door not working. I submitted a request for a same day appointment and within a few minutes, a wonderful lady gave me a call back to confirm a time that day and to gather a little more detail on the issue. David S. gave me a call about 15min before he arrived to make sure it was still a good time to come by. That alone was a great start because most places, though they tell you they'll call before they arrive, they don't. When David showed up, he was friendly, professional and personable. He listened to what was going on with our garage door and inspected everything, not just diagnosing the problem. After explaining and showing me what was wrong with our garage door, he went above and beyond in making sure I knew what all of my options were, giving me his professional advice, being transparent with recommendations and what he has seen happen with openers like mine that was about 30yrs old. We opted to have a new opener installed, he gave me an ETA and quote and got right to work. He exceeded any expectations I could've had. He programmed our remotes, keypad, walked me through setting up the Genie app and making sure everything was working correctly, explained things to me to make sure I knew exactly how everything worked. Thank you, David!

I'm totally happy with my garage door repair. I called for service at 8am and David S showed up at 10am and the work was completed by 11:30am. David S was super professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions and concerns and I'm totally confident my door is in 100% working condition. We had a broken door spring and called Precision late in the afternoon. A serviceman came within a few hours and worked late into the evening to get everything fixed. The serviceman, David Simpson, was polite, caring and knowledgeable, working in 25 degree weather at night. We are happy with the work, and the door works better that ever, even before the spring broke. The only reason we did not rate them five stars is the fact that they are quite pricey, the estimate was more than we expected. However we were given three options to choose from depending on how much we wanted upgraded, as it was a quite old door.

A spring broke very late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning for a repair and it was scheduled for later that same day. It was wonderful to be able to have service on a Saturday with no extra fee. We had used Precision before and had parts under warranty. Precision honored the warranty and we merely had to pay the service call fee. David S was able to arrive early and was quick with the repair. He was personable, professional and just super awesome. Would recommend David S. and Precision.

David S. is a personable and professional technician who was able to diagnose an intermittent condition that caused unreliable and frustrating operation of our garage door. David also pointed out deficiencies with the existing door components that deterred the effective operation of the door, and that placed undue burdens on the opener. His explanations of the issues were logical and easy to understand. David proposed a number of possible solutions that allowed us choose a cost effective resolution to our problems. He installed a new opener and performed an overhaul of the door components that provided the best warranty for our budget. And additionally, he got everything done within tight time restraints that allowed us to meet our personal obligations. When he left our home, I told him that his employer wasn’t paying him enough! David’s knowledge and workmanship created our loyalty to Precision Garage Doors.

I had chosen to use Precision a year or so ago to install a new garage door opener. When the key pad stopped working I called to have it looked at. A tech was available on the same day to come out and look at the problem. Was able to fix the situation with no problem.

We had a issue with our garage door. It seemed like a small thing at first but it turned out I was convinced that I needed to call Precision Doors I’ve knew that I could depend on them to take care of my problem. David showed up and tried to fix the problem but it didn’t work so he had to replace the part. It was just the bottom of the door was hitting the boat tongue. So it bent the door and tore that piece off and he replaced it. He was quick and very friendly and explained everything about what our options were. We have used your company a few times before and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone that I know. I love that I have used a coupon the last few times and saved me some $ which is great especially these days.

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Great same day service on a weekend. Technician called during the scheduled window and said 30 min and showed up exactly 30 min later. Explained everything to me, super friendly and had the service done in 30 min. Reasonable price compared to what others have said they paid for similar work. 5/5 stars.
