The process and the service exceeded my expectations as they were very professional and convenient. The technician was actually a little early for the appointment and he was extremely courteous and easy to talk to. He was thorough in his inspection and his work was top notch. It was very apparent that he enjoyed his job, and he took extreme pride in his work. This will be the only company I will consider for any future garage door needs. Keep up the great work!

I had chosen to use Precision a year or so ago to install a new garage door opener. When the key pad stopped working I called to have it looked at. A tech was available on the same day to come out and look at the problem. Was able to fix the situation with no problem.

We had a issue with our garage door. It seemed like a small thing at first but it turned out I was convinced that I needed to call Precision Doors I’ve knew that I could depend on them to take care of my problem. David showed up and tried to fix the problem but it didn’t work so he had to replace the part. It was just the bottom of the door was hitting the boat tongue. So it bent the door and tore that piece off and he replaced it. He was quick and very friendly and explained everything about what our options were. We have used your company a few times before and would highly recommend you to anyone and everyone that I know. I love that I have used a coupon the last few times and saved me some $ which is great especially these days.

Happy with the work. Unfortunately, it took two days to get him here from the time we first called. Longer than I would have liked, but everything takes longer now. Would use them again.

Called Precision based on their great looking as well as informative website. We had a spring break on our double door, so we needed help fast. Precision was able to come within 4 hours of calling them. Technician was David S.; very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He offered up great solutions to some of my door challenges. When he was finished, our door worked better than it has for 15 years. Highly recommended!

I requested service online and received a call almost immediately. A service technician (David Simpson) responded ahead of schedule. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. David inspected the door, made a few recommendations and repaired the door per my request. He also gave me some tips on the upkeep of garage doors. Our service technician was David Simpson. He went over all the different parts of the door and provided options with no pressure to do any additional work. He answered my questions, explained the wearing of different parts on the garage door, just very knowledgeable. We have older doors and also needed one of the indoor garage door openers replaced. Again he explained the options since our model was no longer available. He was prompt, stuck to the cost estimate he provided as well as the timing to complete the job. I am most appreciative of his positive, friendly attitude while answering my questions as the service call was well after "normal" business hours. I ended up replacing springs, cords and rollers on both garage doors due to the age and wear of the components. The price was fair and the service was completely timely.

Our technician (David (A) - Simpson) was excellent! He was very professional and thorough. If we ever have garage door issues again, we will probably choose Precision and hope we get David! David diagnosed our issue as a bad motor. We definitely would have had David install a new one if the estimate of a Genie 1/2 HP chain drive ($695, $595 with coupon) would have been within $100 of a Loew's Genie 3/4 HP belt drive ($392 installed), but the $200 difference was too much to ignore! Actually, I installed myself and saved an additional $100. I don't mind paying for good service, but don't appreciate being gouged. Again, nothing but great reviews for David, just not impressed with Precision's pricing!

David S. is a personable and professional technician who was able to diagnose an intermittent condition that caused unreliable and frustrating operation of our garage door. David also pointed out deficiencies with the existing door components that deterred the effective operation of the door, and that placed undue burdens on the opener. His explanations of the issues were logical and easy to understand. David proposed a number of possible solutions that allowed us choose a cost effective resolution to our problems. He installed a new opener and performed an overhaul of the door components that provided the best warranty for our budget. And additionally, he got everything done within tight time restraints that allowed us to meet our personal obligations. When he left our home, I told him that his employer wasn’t paying him enough! David’s knowledge and workmanship created our loyalty to Precision Garage Doors.
