I am beyond thrilled with the experience I had using Precision Garage Door service this past week! Johnny S. was absolutely tremendous and very knowledgeable with the repairs my garage door needed. He was professional, arrived on time, and was very respectful of my home. Johnny genuinely seems to care about the customer and the quality of work he does; I was thoroughly impressed by him. Johnny was so kind and patient in helping me figure out the best approach of repairing what was needed that day while keeping it at a price I felt comfortable with. Overall pricing was very fair and the repair was completed same-day, which was beyond convenient! Even though I anticipate my garage door to be in great working order for some time, I would 100% use Precision Garage Door service again. I also love that they give back to the community-keep up the amazing work and doing what you’re doing!!

I just realized I got completely overcharged for the rollers. I checked on Amazon, and they’re only $30—yet I was charged $280. I can’t understand how the price was marked up that much. Moving forward, I’ll be taking my garage repair business elsewhere.

Pat came Sunday and was very understanding and accommodating in helping me address my garage door needs. I contacted Precision at 2:40 pm on a Sunday afternoon, scheduling an appointment for 4-8 pm. Joe arrived at 4 pm, assessed the situation, and outlined options for repairs, discussing options in a no-pressure approach. His explanations were clear, he helped us understand pros and cons, and described the process to repair. He also took the time to make sure we were all situated with the new opener and got our car remote openers connected for the first time in 5+ years.

Service was very timely. Service Tec was extremely knowledgeable and took time to give me all options for my repairs. the basic problem was my failure to do miner maintenance over the past few years. It took your Tec about 1 hour to complete agree upon corrections. Both our garage doors work great. Please take time to thank your Tec for his good service.
