Technician David Simpson was excellent. Called before coming. Examined my garage door, then presented an itemized list of items that needed attention. Then explained each item. I was then able to make an informed decision on what repairs to do. He completed the repairs in a timely manner.

I had an issue with my door not closing. I called, they scheduled an appointment for me that day. The technician, Walker, called me shortly after my initial call to let me know he was coming. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. I chose to have the repairs done, and Walker quickly completed the job.

Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .

Great experience with David Simpson! Extremely professional, kind, thorough, and zero pushy sales tactics that we've experienced with different companies in the past. He gave us our options and his advice, then let us choose based on what worked best for our families. After he wrapped up, he gave us a full walkthrough, maintenance advice, and answered all our questions. Very impressed and will definitely recommend to anyone looking for garage door services.

My expectations were exceeded by your company. I was not aware of your warranty or follow-up services that you offer. Jeff was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his business. I was pleased that he seemed to take command of the situation and provided us with complete comfort that everything will turn out nice. I have always been skeptical of companies, even ones highly rated, but have come to believe that your commercials ring true. Looking forward to having a new garage door (I only wish that it could have been this week.
