My garage door would not come down, it was already evening. The scheduler was so kind and got me set up for early the next day. Bob and Zach took their time figuring out the problem. They were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Bob explained what needed to be done. I feel as if I have two new garage doors they did such a nice job repairing them.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent garage door service appointment conducted at my home. Despite scheduling the visit in good faith and expecting a resolution to the issue, no actual service was performed. Nevertheless, I was charged a $50 fee without any explanation or justification for the cost. The technician arrived, briefly assessed the situation, and left without making any repairs or offering meaningful guidance. There was no follow-up, no quote for future work, and no value provided in exchange for the fee. It felt less like a professional service and more like a transactional visit designed to collect payment without delivering results. I believe in compensating businesses fairly for their time and expertise, but this experience fell short of even the most basic standards of customer care. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative providers who prioritize transparency, accountability, and genuine service.

Disappointed!! I was just past 1 yr warranty. My door was making an awful sound for months but I had been in and out of hospital since January and getting the door fixed wasn't top of my mind. When I did finally call it took him less than 30 minutes. It needed some special grease. Cost me over $200. When I called the office they said they would look into it, maybe since it was just past warranty they could do something. Never heard back! Plus you would think it would be a longer warranty!

Damaged garage door on Sunday 8/24 and called Precision immediately. Rep came out that early afternoon and gave estimate and said they would be out Monday. He informed me that my garage door was in stock and had installers available. There were 2 cars stuck in the garage. Called service dept mid-morning to see if anyone would be out. Response was they will call you. Waited all day for the call and did not hear from anyone until 5:00pm. The gentleman told me someone will be out on Weds. but he said they will try to get out Tuesday, if possible, he would call one way or another on Tuesday service, no call. On Wednesday morning Joe Williams called and said he would be out in 20 minutes, and he was. Joe did an outstanding job. We talked during the installation and got to know Joe well. 5 Stars for his job. If you promise same or next day service, you should keep your word. Joe P. from Delaware, Ohio

I appreciate coming out fast response but nothing got fixed. The tech mentioned the garage door was unbalanced in the statement but didn't mention anything to resolve balancing the door. It would have taken 30 minutes to tighten the upper spring so the door is not so heavy half way down. Instead he tried to upsell me on a new motor/parts which is unheard of for a 3 year old garage. On top of that the motor he put in the quote is the same HP as my lift master? All he had to do was re balance the door which would have fixed the issue.

David Morgan was outstanding...very affable and knowledgeable. We needed new rails and belt drive for both of our openers due to wear and tear. He did excellent work and reset the timing etc. I highly recommend him for anyone needing work on their doors!!!

I cannot say enough about how great my experience was Precision Garage Door service. They were prompt and professional and did a great job! The man that came out was very professional and very informative as to what the problem was. He installed a new motor and helped to program my old garage door opener as well as gave me the new one. He was very thorough! I would rate 10/10. The BEST!

James was very courteous and did a fantastic job and informed me what the garage door needed and repaired the door very quickly. We were very happy with the repairs and I even talked to him about a humming bird feeder that we have in our front yard that has a camera and he thought his mother would enjoy being able to watch them when they came to the feeder. It really is cool. He was great. Thank you again. I would like to get a copy of the bill. I assume you will send me an email or a text with the bill included

I was worried I would feel rushed into pulling out my wallet but to my surprise this did not happen at all! Tim was super helpful, he showed me where specific areas needed repaired, he even went above and beyond to Taylor the service to an area that was affordable to me but still being very honest regarding what repairs needed to be done as a high priority. He showed me what everything would cost with no issue. He didn’t make me feel rushed to decide anything and was super down to earth and humble. His communication was on point from the moment he called me to tell me he would be on his way. Once the service was completed he showed me how to work everything, showed me how to maintain things in great condition and overall made sure I could work everything properly. Highly recommended!!!

Great service but overpriced. Had 2 cables replaced. Took him less than 10 minutes and paid $275. They probably paid $20 for the cables.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this service. Aiden was the most polite and honest person. He was professional and explained everything that i needed and placed it in an order of importance. then went over it with me to let me choose which services i wanted. He made professional observations but did not just try to upsell me on a new door. Rather he showed me that my door has plenty of life left and simply needed the springs and some new bearings. he did an excellent job, working diligently. I could tell he honestly cares about the quality of his work. He truly is a shining star with this company and they are blessed to have him. I will buy my next dooe from him without hesitation.

Mike McClellan was our technician, and he did a GREAT job, was super friendly and did not pressure the sale. Mike explained what issues he saw and the options available to us: REPLACE 1 SPRING REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS REPLACE 1 SPRING/MOTOR REPLACE BOTH SPRINGS/MOTOR Going in I knew we had one broken spring and the nylon gears in the opener were stripped alrhough the nylon gears could be replaced that could just leave you with a suspect motor on it's last leg. We opted for both springs/motor for peace of mind and a longer warranty. Installation was quick, and Mike explained all the new system (even had a battery backup). I am not sure about pricing as garage door openers/installation is not a regular thing but I suspect it was fair....but Mike and the overall experience made it worthwhile! Kudos to Mike and Precision !

Very prompt and professional. David did a quick diagnosis and was very knowledgeable. Luckily it was just a loose wire but he made sure my settings were safe and correct and gave me great tips for upkeep in the future. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
