Door opener quit working. Called Precision and received prompt, same-day service. Turns out that I needed to replace springs and install a new opener (bad springs led to motor damage in old opener). Technician installed new springs and opener. Also helped us complete programming of vehicles and set up phones. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. My only complaint is cost. I get that it is costly to maintain rolling inventory, pay technicians what they deserve, cover overhead, etc. However, Precision is charging at least double the retail prices for the equipment. Seems a bit excessive to me. Definitely received great service and top notch equipment though. That makes the cost hurt a little less!

I loved the online scheduling and prompt service but the quote to repair was QUITE a bit higher than what we expected. (About double what we had researched for typical cost.) We called another reputable provider who did the repair same day within our price expectations.

Excellent customer service! He is skilled and knew exactly what was wrong Precision garage door. They stand by their products. I was still under warranty. They also have a outstanding warranty. I have been a customer for a long time.

Derrick and his helper were great to work with.They inspected the door for any issues, made recommendations with priority for the repairs. They had all of the parts on the truck and upgraded the door components along with installing a new opener. The door is quieter and runs smoothly.

On line customer satisfaction rating for the Westerville area. Dereck called before hand, arrived on time with a helper. After inspecting the garage door and opener, he went over the details of his finding with me then came up with a priority list of repairs and options for the repairs. He and his helper installed the upgrades to the door and track along with installing a new garage door opener. The door is running quieter and seems more stable than before. All around a great job by this team.

I had an issue with my garage and have seen advertisements for Precision Door for same day service. I called and had a great phone call to set up a repair appointment. Tim the technician was awesome. He looked at my problem and also did a safety inspection. Discovered that my opener was not in great shape so he gave me a price to get it back to new. It looks great and is so much quieter to operate. Great customer service and company to work with. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that asks. Thanks

The repair man was right on time and diagnosed the problem I was having with my current door opener which was a fried circuit board and recommended a new opener. He removed the old one and replaced it with the new one and did a very good job. He was easy to work with and seemed very knowledgeable. I don't know about price because I didn't have any other quotes but was a bit more than I thought it would be.

I have always heard of the great service and quick response time by Precision. You did not disappoint!! You arrived less than 3 hours after I reached out for service and offered a few options prior to doing the work. Not only was my spring issue taken care of, but a general lube and tuning of the garage door mechanics was performed.

We had issues with our motor that was recently installed. I called Precision and they had a technician come out that same day. Joshua was the garage technician that came to our home. He was very professional and personable. He worked on the unit and replaced the entire mecahnism (under warranty) without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company. Precison has impressed me from the initial call to the service department to the install work! Would 100% recommend! Thank you Joshua!!!!!

The franchising fee isn't worth it. Needed a new opener and parts, basically needed everything replaced except the tracks and the door itself. They got it done good and fast, but the bill for this came in at $4927. The tech they sent was very friendly and excellent to work with, was able to negotiate $750 off with him after the fact, service was fast and great. Not worth the premium plus plus pricing though. I badly wish I would have shopped around. Probably could have got it done for half the price. Included my invoice for reference. Note that installation time is included in the parts quote. Took the tech 5 hours to complete. I think a high end pricing for this job would have been $3500; since it was done fast and good I would have happily paid that and left a 5 star review. Parts online looked to cost about $1500 tops.

The work (replace 2 garage door springs and 3 hinges) was done quickly, and as far as I can tell, properly. The total cost was way higher than what on-line estimates indicated it should be to the extent that I felt I was taken advantage of because I was a senior citizen.
