Jason is probably the friendliest and most helpful tech I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I am sure he alone increases your business through referrals. He was honest about your products and did an excellent job at explaining them in a way that helped me make a decision, and installation was fast and clean. He even programmed my opener in my car. The opener works smoothly and quietly, just what I wanted.

We had great service today. I called early afternoon and got an appointment between two and four. He was here at two. He very quickly realized we just needed to reboot a garage door opener to get it to open. We felt foolish for having him come all this way to our home, but he was very nice about it. We will definitely call on you again if needed.

I called with a concern about a squeal that I heard after closing our garage door. I was able to make an appointment fairly easy and quickly. The service tech, Kayne, was very friendly, came out and took a look and made his recommendations. Unbeknownst to him, I HATED how noisy our garage door opener had been since we built our house, you could hear it from the curb! The repairs (springs, rollers, belt, opener) were done quickly and Kayne explained all of the necessary instructions, had me demonstrate a couple of functions, and asked if we had any questions. Needless to say, we are now noise free all the way around! YAY! I've been thanking my husband for our new garage door opener for the last couple of days! ???? Thanks PDS!

My garage door began acting erratic on a Sunday morning. I decided to call Precision Door, looked up their number thinking I would give them a call first thing Monday morning. I was surprised to see they were open. Gave them a call and was able to get scheduled that day. The technician, Joseph arrived at the scheduled time. He was very courteous and professional, explained the problem, had the parts needed and had my door repaired within an hour.

Excellent service!! Jason was out shortly after I made the phone call to check on our garage door. He was super friendly, checked things out and communicated everything before, during and after. I give 5 ??, when I made the appointment I was told between 8-12. the tech called me at about 7:40 anti let me know he is on the way. 8:05 he was here. Very nice, took his time to explain everything. I would definitely recommend.

I would recommend Precision to anyone having garage door issues. I contacted them on a Friday night and they were here before 10:00 AM on Saturday. Adam H was knowledgeable and professional. He explained some of the items that needed replaced on my 30-year old garage door. There were no high pressure sales at all. The completed work gives me peace of mind and that is priceless!
