I received a prompt appointment to fix my broken garage door. David assessed my 20 year old garage doors and provided recommendations for fixing and rehabilitating the garage doors. I was interested in replacing my 20 year old openers, and David provided an immediate quote. Upon my approval, he fixed two garage doors and installed two openers. He had the parts and openers stocked in his truck. David worked well into the evening on a Sunday to complete the work. I appreciate his great workmanship and effort.

Our experience with Kimberly (who was our first contact with Precision) and Adam (our installer) was great! Both individuals were professional and friendly. Kimberly sent Adam out to our house within an hour. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and analyzed our garage door problem. His explanation and remedy of the problem was easy to understand. He gave us an estimate and made the repair in a timely manner. Also, just as important he supplied us "service with a smile". No one like to spend money on these types of repairs but it nice to deal a company that has people that care about their customers.

I have my garage door not opening this morning and called precision Garage door services they have scheduled a maintenance technician Gary L to have a look at the issue within 2 hrs of the call . Gary L is a very nice and professional technician who fixed my garage door with new springs and other parts , I really appreciate Gary L for his work and the advice he has given inorder to maintain good practice . I recommend to my friends and family about Gary L from Precision Services for any future garage projects .

Had issues when I tried to open the garage door yesterday. First of all let me say that it was nice to actually have a person answer the phone when I called. I was able to schedule service for the next day and Tim was on time and very courteous. My garage door & opener are 25 years old. Tim did a safety inspection of the door and lubricated the moving parts which should get me through the winter. I'll be calling Precision to replace everything in the spring.

Walker was great. Super knowledgeable. He helped me pick which new opener would work best for my situation and had everything installed quickly. He also noticed some additional preventative repairs that could extend the longevity of his work. So I elected to add those. Sometimes it's worth paying more for quality work. I will be a repeat customer in the future. *Installed a new opener unit, new spring, and replaced some bearings.

I couldn't be more pleased with Precision Garage Door of Columbus. I started having an issue with my door yesterday and by noon today it is completely fixed! I was able to setup my appointment online and there were time slots for the next day. The problem was the focus of the technician -- not selling me things I didn't need. It was a brutally cold weekend and the sub-zero temperatures wreaked havoc on my old, tired garage door. Long story short, it got off track and a wheel broke off. Was able to get an appointment the next day which was crucial given my circumstances. Joshua braved the ridiculously cold weather to repair the multiple issues I faced and was great throughout the whole process. I appreciate him and the excellent work he did given the extreme weather. It wasn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for. Remember, you can only have two of the three options when it comes to hiring someone to do work for you… 1) done fast, 2) done cheap, 3) done right. You don’t get all three. Joshua took care of the problem and I know it’s good to go.

As my son and I were leaving on a very important errand, my garage door fell off the track and was left in a very awkward position. Since we had Precision Door replace a broken spring a few years ago, I phoned Precision to make an appointment to have it fixed. Just as before, they scheduled my appointment for the next evening when I would be home. I unexpectedly got to leave earlier in the day, so I called and asked if the service man could come earlier. The scheduler was very nice and she was able to move my time up two hours. The service man called me 20 minutes before he arrived. David was so courteous and peasant to have in my home. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I opted for the better repair and am so happy with the job David did in a very professional manner and surprising short time. I definitely recommend Precision Door Service, the company where the people enjoy their jobs and do them right.

From taking the service order, obtaining an appointment, calling 30 minutes in advance, describing the necessary repair, fixing the problem, the company's service was exceptional.
