The final product was great. My options were made very clear before work started. The best thing about the experience was the technicians Cane & Chas. What a couple of great guys. first time using this company but all the reviews i read were accurate. From the time i called til the project was finished, we were completely happy with entire process. This company epitomizes customer with quality service and quality people! Dustin called ahead to letus know he was on his way and he arrived with in time-frame we were given. He was personable, explained what he was doing and answered my questions ..he was polite and conversational and he did a great job. I needed to walk my dogs and felt completely comfortable doing so as Dustin knew what he was doing and I felt confident in his reliability and trust-worthiness. I couldn’t get the garage door up. I remembered the TV add about Precision. I called and given a time frame for the same day Within 45 min from me calling I received a call they were on their way. Great service and work. I called at 0800 in the morning and the technician arrived within 4 hours. I was very impressed with the quick scheduling. The quality of service was over and above the usual replacement of parts. I would highly recommend them as they were recommended to me by word of mouth.

My door was ok. just wanted to have someone hold my hand so to speak. Made noises was advised they were normal. New door was installed 14 months ago by another company. They would not return my phone calls. Precision came out the next day and lubed the door. Thanks for you honesty .

My garage door was having issues for at least two years and my husband finally called Precision. David and Chaz came out and were very nice, friendly and helpful. David helped me understand what was wrong with the opener and the door. He quoted me for everything but made me feel like there was zero pressure to do anything. When i chose to fix the immediate problem he didn’t recommend or chastise me for only fixing the immediate problem. Gave me pointers on how to keep the door intact and told me to call if the door broke. I would highly recommend Precision. Thank you

Had a garage door spring break which needed to be replaced. Kayne Sickler was the technician that arrived to perform the repairs. Kayne was awesome, he quickly assessed the situation and recommended repairs and presented options. The repair was completed within an hour and the door works so much better now. Gary was - in a word - excellent! I received complete same day service just as you advertise. I made an appointment at 8 a.m., he arrived at 10 a.m. He first walked me through all the "issues" observations with our garage door system. Then, when he gave us an estimate for repair/replace, he listed the items in order of priority to address. He said he would complete his work in 2 to 2 1/2 hours. It was 2 hours. Then, when he was done, he walked through everything he did, and asked me if I had any more questions. He kept his word on everything. And your company backed up your word in your advertising. Thank you! I would recommend Precision to anyone.

From our initial call on a Saturday evening to the completion of work Sunday afternoon, everyone we spoke with was kind and professional. We were given what every customer desires, “a predictable journey”! I’d like to give a special thank you to Tim Jr., who went above and beyond to make sure the repairs were done and every safety component was working correctly. He was aware of our household having two young children and I feel he took extra steps to make sure there was no doubt as to the safety of our door operation. That means a lot! It is worth noting that the pricing was higher than I had anticipated for the work performed, but the customer service received, and the confidence in our technician more than made up for the difference in what I had anticipated in cost. Again, huge shout out and thank you to Tim Jr.. We will be repeat customers as a direct result of his service!

Matt was a pleasure. I told him to inspect my garage door and to sync my garage door opener and the keyless pad. I wasn’t expecting my 27 year old garage door to be in dire need of new parts. We figured what parts were a necessity and gave an affordable price. He took an interest in conversation which made the experience less painful. I would recommend this company for a job well done.

I have been so pleased with Adam H - last November and today! I was also glad that he was the person who came to my assistance. When I made the call, I was told that Adam had been assigned elsewhere and Joseph would be coming to help me. I asked that Adam be told that I said Hi.
