We had seen several advertisements on TV and noticed they were also BBB accredited. Our garage door was not operating properly and would not close. The technician arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He took a few minutes to check out our old garage door opener to find the problem. He had another person stop by also. Our circuit board in our old garage door opener was fried. They gave us options for an opener that would suit our needs based our activities. They were friendly and courteous and had no problem explaining the new features we were getting. The equipment was installed in a short period of time and everything works perfectly

I have had my door for a year. It's been a great improvement to my old single car garage built in 1930. It really dressed the old building right up! The technician that came for my year inspection was very friendly, and took his time making sure all is in good working order. He also answered my questions regarding maintenance of the door. Be aware of your pricing on parts before you contact them. They wanted $265 per strut to help support the door but, was willing to price match Menards at $20 per strut. They charged me well over $300 per spring and you can get them from Meards for under $100 each. I will ondy use them again if it is a warranty issue.

After doing some research, I felt good going with your cmpany, especially since you where willing to give me a quote over the phone. Jessica found a promotion for me right over the phone, she was totally awesome! Superstar she was. Then came Mike, your technician who after installing the same size springs that use to be on there and realizing that my door was actually too heavy for them, and instead of just not saying anyting and leaving, he removed them and installed the correct, stronger springs, and kept the same quote. Oh yes, your company knows what the people want and absoutely, 100% top notch delivered. Great job Percision! You should be proud of this type of professional work. So impressed am I. I've already told SEVERAL employees as I work for the city of columbus, so be ready. There is a lot of us. Awesome job.
