Dave was very nice, courteous and patient with me. He fixed my problem in a timely manner. Would I call precision again, probably not, because I was shocked by the initial estimate of over $2000.00! I definately should have shopped around! As a retiree on limited income I only needed the springs/cable replaced and told him I had a set amount I can afford. No Senior discount was offered either.

We had used Precision Door Services years ago for garage door springs replacement. When the door started to drop with a thud, we decided it needed attention. The young man, David Morgan, explained our options and we selected to have the door reenforced and new springs. He was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and went right to work explaining we he went to my husband. We are very satisfied and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Happy with the installer and his explanation of the problem. My only issue was that when you sign with your finger nail you do not get a copy of the paperwork. I thought it would be on the internet the next day but it wasn't. I called the office and after 2 calls I was sent the paperwork I needed.

Our garage door keypad was not working. I called Precision Door first thing in the morning and they sent Dylan out that afternoon to replace it. Dylan was kind and very professional. It only took him about 30 minutes total. Our experience with Precision Door was excellent! We highly recommend them!

I had Precision Garage Door install two new openers for me in December of 2022. The technician (Walker) suggested the belt drive units. They are fantastic... smooth operation and quiet. Today (8/12/25) I called about one of the openers making a noise. I was told that a technician would be at my home later in the same day. Fantastic! Walker showed up before the end of the scheduled time frame. He listened to it cycle one time and said "I know what that is". It was a bearing in the track. Walker was right on the money. He had the part on his van and had it replaced and working like new in just a few minutes. And the part and labor was covered by warranty. Walker is very knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely considerate of our property. He is a very nice young man. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing this type of work done at their home. Thanks for a job well done.

I have stayed with using Precision Garage Door Service ever since I had to replace my opener in 2022. The technician we had was Patrick Milligan. A nice guy, and very knowledgeable. He installed my opener in a very, very cold day in the winter. And just recently I needed help with the key pad, and he came out on one of the hottest days this year, and quickly took care of my problem. Thank you Patrick, and Precision Garage Door Service. First the technician James was just awesome! Polite, fun to talk with and knowledgeable about the products and repairs. We gave him a tough problem there was no easy solution and we knew it. He finally came up with a plan and came back the following morning with a custom repair. No "off the rack" replacement but a thought out repair, cutting and altering the standard rails and pulley system to fit a new Genie system into a difficult and cramped location. No time was wasted, I was charged the quoted price, and it works fantastic. So much better than the older chain driven, partial opening door set up, he replaced. My wife liked him too.

Outstanding technician Mr.Farrington. Our 18 year old Sears Craftsman 1/2 hp single garage door opener motor stopped working correctly. Dylan had everything he needed on his truck to replace and install new opener, rail, two wall units indoor and outdoor and two new push button controls for his and her car. I called Monday around 01:30pm hoping for a Wednesday or Friday appointment. Girl in office offered up an opening today Monday from 04:00pm - 08:00pm. Of course I said today. After working three hours in hot hot garage we now have a perfectly quiet working perfect garage door opener. Yes my wife talked to him as he was working which stretched it out a little but I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dylan. Pleasure meeting you. I hope all your technicians at Precision Door are as friendly and professional. Yes replacement cost was a little expensive but it needed done. Thanks again for a professional repair. Jeff.

I purchased a new garage door opener in 2022 and the key pad kept having to be reset with a code all the time. I never called about it. Just reset it myself. Well recently 8/2025 I couldn’t reset it and the garage button it code box didn’t work so I called precision and they came out replaced it for free and got it working great again. Also tightened up some bolts on my door. Tech was really friendly. Would use them every time.

Spring busted on our garage and the technician came right out and offered us a quote, which we accepted not expecting to be taken advantage of. They completed the job fast and the tech seemed very good. However, I uploaded the receipt into ChatGPT and was told “you paid at least double the going rate for Columbus” among other negative feedback about our bill. I researched around and other companies quoted 2-3x less than what this company said. Did not anticipate predatory, used-car sales tactics from a supposed reputable company. Will never be using this company again

What can I say. It was very seamless from booking an appointment online to having the job done. Jacob Jones(our installer) did an awesome job!!! We talked nearly the entire time. He answered any questions I had. Taught me plenty. Even about up keep. Really nice guy! If we ever have an issue again with our garage door(hope not). We'll call Precision. Its worth it. Jacob also didn't try and up sell us. He explained our options in detail and we went from there. If you have a problem with your garage door and cant fix it yourself like us. Just call Precision. Pretty simple....
