found out mid-day that I had broken springs on my door and immediately called to see if someone might be available to come out. Was given the standard 4 hour time frame that a technician might be available... NOT TODAY !! Patrick M arrived about 1.5 hours after our call an quickly gave us a report of what needed to be done along with a few other maintenance items and a quote for the work which we agreed with. Another short hour later Patrick had replaced the springs and completed the other maintenance items. Very professional and personable -- we certainly recommend Patrick M and Precision Garage Door.

The technician was very professional, indicated how my specific repair could be addressed, provided an assessment of additional improvements, and provided a complete itemized breakdown of the repair and improvement costs. I realized an additional door adjustment was needed, called the office who in turn notified the technician. The technician immediately returned to my home and made the adjustment. Despite the overall cost I am pleased with the work done. Thx

Dmitri S. did a great job repairing the garage door opener. He thoroughly described the issues and repair options. He also provided some input for when my opener needs replaced down the road. Dmitri was prompt, polite, and professional. Nobody likes to spend money on broken stuff, but you couldn't ask for a better experience when it needs to be done.

Impressed that a technician would come the same day I called & a schedule time of 6-10pm. Dustin was very knowledgeable and the light bulb that was flashing was due to it being a LED...the shorter stem made contact spotty. Very Impressed even with the original install & love the 7 year warranty

Our garage door began acting oddly by not wanting to go all the way up. On a Tuesday we called Precision and on Wednesday (the next day) they sent Mr. Jeff Johnson to our house to give us an estimate for a new door or a possible repair. We discussed the situation and my wife and I decided to purchase new doors. He took measurements and said that new doors would be installed on Friday. The whole process took only three days. Mr. Lashad Lake arrived at the house the next day and installed a Single door and also the Double door. The experience, and mannerism of these two people are top notch. I would recommend the Precision company and these two employees to everyone.

He was very easy to talk with and he explained all the problems and why I had all the noises from the cracked hinges to bad rollers. I would highly recommend him. Repair work. Our Precision garage door was installed about two years ago and, in this morning, the torsion spring bar support plate came off from the wall and the door became unopenable. Furthermore, the support plate hit and broke the garage door window glass. I called Precision right away and the service man fixed in this afternoon. I was expecting that some troubles would occur soon or later but the most important thing is how soon the service person will show up and correct the issues. I'm so impressed and this is one of reasons we decided to have Precision. The service person, Derek M, is very polite and great service technician as well. By the way, it was no cost for the repair. Thank you!!!!

The previous homeowners had clearly installed my garage door by themselves, and incorrectly. After my garage door motor ripped itself out from the garage door, I called Precision for help. Dmitri came out and basically had to rebuild everything, minus the door itself! He was courteous, professional, walked me through everything that needed fixing before he started, and was able to get everything done same day! Fantastic service. I'd recommend Precision, and Dmitri, to anyone in need of garage service!

during a power outage 2 weeks ago, i had to manually unlock my overhead garage door in order to get out. somehow, i broke/lost the spring to re-engage the opener. i immediately called precision door service. they young lady i spoke to was able to get my service call scheduled for the very next morning. my problem was quickly diagnosed, and a solution was explained to me. i was very impressed when the technicians said he could be fixed that very day. about an hour and a half later, i had a new, fully functioning garage door opener! to say i was very impressed would be an understatement. i highly recommend precision for any of your garage door needs. bob cunicella

Walker was very professional and informative I ask him several questions and he answered them and explained to me how they worked. Didn't plan on spending a whole lot of money but he pointed out things that were on their their last legs and probably wouldn't last much longer. I am in charge of all the house repairs since my spouse isn't able too anymore so I elected to have them fixed before they broke and with the 5 year warranty I don't need to worry about them. Would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.
