We decided since he was here now, and the parts and door are about 14 years old, to do the work he talked to us in detail. WOW, what a difference in the door operation when he was done.

Installed new belt drive garage door opener and also replaced many broken parts (bearings, cables, shaft, installed heavy duty bracket on upper panel that was cracked). Walker was great, worked through all the issues efficiently but completely. Had the install done in 3 hours. The door / opener is so much quieter and works how I expect it to. Price was alright, Precision has 24 hour service that is no extra charge, so I understand there is overhead and salaries associated with that. So I expected to pay more to have it all done in 1/2 a day.
