Be aware of your pricing on parts before you contact them. They wanted $265 per strut to help support the door but, was willing to price match Menards at $20 per strut. They charged me well over $300 per spring and you can get them from Meards for under $100 each. I will ondy use them again if it is a warranty issue.

Bill and Kourtney did a wonderful job. They called 30 minutes before arrival and introduced themselves once they arrived. What nice young men! Professional. Friendly. Informative. They replaced my 20 year old garage door opener and everything needed to make it work efficiently. After installation they proceeded to explain how to operate the new opener. After doing some research, I felt good going with your cmpany, especially since you where willing to give me a quote over the phone. Jessica found a promotion for me right over the phone, she was totally awesome! Superstar she was. Then came Mike, your technician who after installing the same size springs that use to be on there and realizing that my door was actually too heavy for them, and instead of just not saying anyting and leaving, he removed them and installed the correct, stronger springs, and kept the same quote. Oh yes, your company knows what the people want and absoutely, 100% top notch delivered. Great job Percision! You should be proud of this type of professional work. So impressed am I. I've already told SEVERAL employees as I work for the city of columbus, so be ready. There is a lot of us. Awesome job.

Tim Tomlinson Jr was the service person. He arrived when he said he would. He was polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He quickly understood the issues I was having and clearly explained the process to correct a garage door that had been installed incorrectly initially. He was efficient and clearly explained all that he had fixed. I basically got everything new, the door track needed to be elevated, and I got new openers. I would absolutely use Precision again!

Door opener quit working. Called Precision and received prompt, same-day service. Turns out that I needed to replace springs and install a new opener (bad springs led to motor damage in old opener). Technician installed new springs and opener. Also helped us complete programming of vehicles and set up phones. He made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. My only complaint is cost. I get that it is costly to maintain rolling inventory, pay technicians what they deserve, cover overhead, etc. However, Precision is charging at least double the retail prices for the equipment. Seems a bit excessive to me. Definitely received great service and top notch equipment though. That makes the cost hurt a little less!
