The service was outstanding. Technician diagnosed the problem quickly, made a reasonable recommendation of repairs and completed the repairs promptly and with high quality. He took time to explain the problem and why the recommended repairs were needed. He made sure everything was working before wrapping up and leaving. Will definitely use Precision Garage Door for our next service need.

Once again Precision Door saves the day! Trevor came out the same day and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and explain my options as well as additional preventive measures that could be taken. The work was started immediately and completed quickly and even though it was cold outside Trevor had such an amazing attitude and was so patient explaining things to me. I have used Precision Door in the past and will continue to use them when needed going forward!

Sarah Crowe was always professional, courteous, and kind. If I had a question she was there to answer it and if there was a problem she would make it right!! The price that was quoted to me was the price I got!! She made sure I was satisfied with the entire transaction from start to finish and beyond. Sarah didn’t just do the bare minimum she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. All the while maintaining a professional, kind and thoughtful demeanor. There were no pressure or manipulation tactics. Sarah made sure my transaction ran smoothly. Joe Williams installed my Garage door and motor. Like Sarah he was very professional, kind and courteous. He answered all of my questions and he did a fantastic job!! The two of them working together made my experience a very pleasant one. Thank you Precision, Sarah, and Joe!! Garage door was installed by Precision so I have always called them when necessary. They where able to schedule service on the same day I called. Technician Dylan Farrington did a great job informing me of cost and what needed to be done in order to fix the door so I could open it. He replaced the spring and parts so now it works great. He was courteous and very professional.

Top notch experience and interaction with Precision Garage Door Service. The technician was phenomenal, highly recommend requesting Dylan Farrington! Unfortunately the previous home owners did a horrible job with the garage repair and it took Dylan triple the time of the original call estimate to repair all the mistakes. He was so committed to fixing it the right and proper way, he even called in back up to assist. Dylan explained in a very detailed but understandable way the problems and issues he found every step of the way. I appreciated being updated. All in all, a wonderful experience and will call them again if I need additional garage repairs. Thank you so much, nice to have a local company who cares about their clients! Also-my realtor recommended Precision and that also goes along way for credibility for Precision!

I’ve used this company in the past at a different house. I got prompt service from an extremely polite tech. He came on time informed me of what needed done. Explain the cost and said which of the items needed done right then and that there were two that could wait iuntil later if I couldn’t do it all at once. We agreed to do all the changes at one time. He provided exemplary service as he knew that this had put a major inconvenience in my plans. The gentleman was extremely polite and courteous and did an excellent job. Imani was great. She couldn’t have been more friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She performed the repair and replacement of our garage spring quickly and correctly. The only downside was the cost. $2,000 seems overpriced for a spring for a contractor grade standard garage door.

Called them out for a repair, during the diagnostic process the opener was damaged . The opener was working when they showed up so they made it right and installed a brand new opener free of charge no questions asked . You can not put a price on integrity!

Customer service and satisfaction is top priority for Precision Garage Door of Columbus. Scheduling the free consultation online was quick and easy. When the tech arrived, he could see that my vehicles were stuck inside my garage. He made it his mission was to put the broken garage door back on track so that we could not only get our cars out, but also be able to close the garage door to secure the garage again--at no charge. He waited to discuss an estimate until after this task was completed. Then he listened to my concerns and showed me a sample of a door. It was much better quality than one I was looking at in a big box store, and it has a lifetime warranty, unlike the other one. Additionally, they were able to install it before Thanksgiving whereas the other place said it would be after Thanksgiving. The cost difference was only $400 between the two, and so it was really a no-brainer for me. More than anything else, it was the genuine care and concern expressed by the tech--not only in words, but also in action that quickly built rapport and trust. I also learned that the majority of their employees are Veterans. As a Veteran myself, that's very important to me. I highly recommend.
