Excellent service again. Honored warranty on a broken spring. Came out within 18 hours and fixed it no charge and did a normal service to everything for no charge. I’ve used them before and will continue to do so.

Would choose 0 stars if allowed. Was quoted $1000-$1600 for new springs, rollers, hinges, etc. I was told the springs were so old they had no date and needed replaced. I've since received a second opinion, the date on the springs is 2021, not even 3 years old. They don't need replaced at all. Thanks for trying take advantage of a woman thinking I would just believe what you said. So glad I had to pay a $50 service fee. Thanks for nothing.

I’m so glad that I chose Precision Door to install my new garage door. If I could give more than five stars I would. Everyone, starting with Sarah, who I wish was my neighbor, was wonderful to deal with. The actual removal of the old door and installation of the new took just a little over two hours. I have in small steps over the last 14 years added different level of maintenance to my door to keep functional. Including a new opener, bracing, couple brackets and two rollers. Recently I started having issues with the door not operating correctly and progressively started getting very loud when operating. I could not remember the company I used in the past. So, after investigating and checking reviews I decided to Schedule a consultation with Precision. Very good choice. My Tech Daivd was awesome, he thoroughly walked me through the steps on correcting my current issues, then pointed out things that would cause future issues. Never did he pressure me, just shared his knowledge. I decided to get an entire rebuild, new springs, cable, rollers, bracket, and weather seal and re=programmed the unit. a little shocked with the total cost initially, but at the conclusion of the work I felt the money was well spent. The door has never been so smooth and quiet. Plus, I got a 5-year warranty. Very pleased customer. Gratitude, Kenny G.

I don't usually write reviews since great service is an expectation. However, Jason was exceptional explaining all the issues with the garage door and motor. His communications skills were excellent explaining issues, cost options and post install explanation and setting my car's internal garage door opener. P.G.D.S. was very thorough with correcting the garage door balance. The technician, Adam H. fixed the door balance by replacing the RED 262 spring with a RED 250 spring. Along with this, Adam also checked the motor and belt, to make sure every part of the system was 100 % ! I would recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

He was friendly and patient in working with home warranty company I have. He was knowledgeable. However, I feel like he was trying to trick me. The quote was very high. When I asked what he can do with the allowance amount from a warranty company, he quoted me 209 dollars for a tuneup. After observing his service which only included lubricating and tightening, I checked for pricing in Groupon and found a standard tuneup service for 39 dollars. Upon showing that, he lowered the price for the tuneup. I could have been easily taken advantage of. I will look for another contractor next time.

Tom came out on the same day that I called. He inspected the door, track and closer. When he saw that my closer had a broken spindle, he showed me options and discounts that I could have. He installed a new closer quickly and very professionally. I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair or iinstallation.

I could not be happier with our service from Percision Garage door. We were due to leave town when our garage door stopped working properly. Percision scheduled me for the same day service on a Saturday. Our technician, Aaron was very pleasant, explained the problem and offered solutions. He ended up replacing our unit, rollers, etc. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He even programmed my wife’s car to use the opener. I highly recommend Aaron and Percision Garage door.

I received a prompt appointment to fix my broken garage door. David assessed my 20 year old garage doors and provided recommendations for fixing and rehabilitating the garage doors. I was interested in replacing my 20 year old openers, and David provided an immediate quote. Upon my approval, he fixed two garage doors and installed two openers. He had the parts and openers stocked in his truck. David worked well into the evening on a Sunday to complete the work. I appreciate his great workmanship and effort.

Our experience with Kimberly (who was our first contact with Precision) and Adam (our installer) was great! Both individuals were professional and friendly. Kimberly sent Adam out to our house within an hour. Adam was extremely knowledgeable and analyzed our garage door problem. His explanation and remedy of the problem was easy to understand. He gave us an estimate and made the repair in a timely manner. Also, just as important he supplied us "service with a smile". No one like to spend money on these types of repairs but it nice to deal a company that has people that care about their customers.
