Our garage door broke down early morning on a Sunday. One of the door cables had broken and the door was angled and frozen in place. I have used Precision before and contacted them to get service on the door. The customer service attendant was very pleasant and efficient in understanding my issue. She got a technician dispatched and had the tech out to my home within two hours of my call on a Sunday. The tech analyzed the problem, fixed the problem, and had my door fixed in 90 minutes. A very good overall experience. I will contact Precision for future door issues.

This is the second time we’ve used Precision and, once again, they exceeded our expectations. Walker came out the same day we called (on a Saturday), quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the estimate. There was no attempt to up-sale. Just straightforward, polite and respectful communication. He fixed the problems efficiently then showed me everything he replaced with detailed explanation. In the past we had Precision Door come and fix one of our garage doors. And Matt Eberly did an excellent job and even checked our other door and said it was fine but in a couple years or so would probably need work. He was so right. This morning that one broke called them and was down and it was Matt. As before Efficient explained and showed us what all happened. He is very kind, respectful and does excellent work. We used Precision Garage Door when we had our new openers installed several years ago. Over time our keypads stopped working and not being good at home maintenance we just didn't get around to taking care of it. We did try switching out the battery and when that didn't work we just used our remote openers. However, I finally called Precision to come out and take care of it. First our appointment was scheduled quickly; the technician arrived on time, communication was excellent and the best part - there was no charge for the service!! Excellent customer service - highly recommend! Thank you

I do have to say, outstanding work, customer service excellent, and the 2 gentleman that came outstanding. My garage doors were in need of TLC. I called around and alot of places were a little shady to me, and there prices were over the top. Precision upfront price, and was clean and neat even did a few things extra. They even fixed a few problems that the contractor jacked up when they built our house 9 years ago. So over all outstanding.
