Our garage door was not closing correctly so we called Precision Door to address. Mohammad came out to look over the issues. He was very polite and explained all the issues with the mechanical systems and how replacing the parts would make the door operate smoothly. Once the work was completed the door slides easily and is very quiet while operating.

We had a great experience with Precision back in April installing a beautiful new garage door with windows, all the tracks, and new torsion springs. They did a great job. Recently we had belt become loose on our opener due to a lock screw that needed tightened. They came out the next day and fixed at no charge. Highly recommend them for your garage door and opener needs.

Our door opener needed repair. I called precision, whom I had used before. The came by late morning on the morning I called. I wasn’t home, but my son was there. Carlos called me and gave me information along the way. I ended up replacing the opener since it was 22 years old. So communication was great. It works wonderfully and much quieter. Though, I was taken aback by the cost , way more than anticipated. Mostly on labor and install side, since part isn’t overly expensive.
