We recently had our chain motor break on our garage door. When I called Precision, they were efficient in getting us scheduled same day and they were as friendly as always. The tech showed between the designated window and was fantastic. Adam H was an amazing tech. He weighed out the couple options that we had and we ultimately felt comfortable replacing the entire motor. Adam did a quick and effective job with the replacement. Highly recommend both the technician as well as the company.

My garage door wouldn’t open so I needed a repair asap. Technician came 90 mins after I called. Work took approx 1 hour (broken spring and a few minor repairs). He was very knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Garage door repairs are expensive but it was well done with a great warranty.

Dave, the Precision tech, exceeded my expectations. He arrived early in the expected time window, looked at the door condition and we discussed a range of repair and replacement choices. We thought he was thorough and we were very, very happy to know he had everything he needed on the truck. I commented I recalled the Precision commercial which includes the line that the trucks are like a warehouse on wheels. That certainly was true. Dave worked for about five hours straight, and the door works beautifully. It may seem expensive but when I look at it on a per-use basis, it is very, very inexpensive. And it is whisper-quite compared to the previous door motor. Dave's comments about Precision were very positive, reinforcing my decision to call for the service. I will be showing the work to my neighbors when I get the chance.

Gary was beyond incredible. He was extremely personable and explained everything so well. It was clear from the moment he started looking that he was an expert, and he was basically able to tell us our garage door history just from looking at the parts. He made sure we fixed exactly what we wanted in our price range, and that we understood all the new features with our new opener. He also made sure we understood the maintaince we should be doing forward and how to reach out with more questions. I truly wish there was someone like Gary for every home repair we needed.
