A friend recommended Precision when I needed emergency service. Every person at the company was friendly and efficient. Dereck arrived on time near the beginning of the window after a call saying he was on the way. His work was well done and he explained each step to me. He installed a new motor and some needed parts. Very responsive and excellent work. Cost was higher than expected but my old garage door opener was 50 years old. So, I didn't really know what to expect.

The technician did as I ask to test the system but I did not feel like he did much troubleshooting on his own to fix the problem. He was polite and courteous. I think he wanted to push selling a new garage door opener, no choice of type or brand. He had to replace not only the opener but the rail system also. The remote controls sold separately and door control button inside garage had to be replaced. He did not offer to leave the old system behind in the garage but I did not think to ask him to. I thought the cost was excessive. I would not recommend this company to others.

Angel was helpful over the phone and very courteous. She arranged a quick response and had Mike here in 2 hours. He explained the problem and replaced the genie door opener with a new universal keypad. No Charge. Mike was polite and answered all our questions. We are extremely pleased with this company.

Cameron was great to work with! He repaired the weather stripping at the base of my garage door very efficiently. He was very informative and answered all of my questions. He also made some other tweaks to my garage door to give a better seal without me even asking! Very professional, and I would absolutely recommend Precision/Cameron to anyone I know who needs help with their garage door!

We have used these wonderful people three times over the years. Every time they have been wonderful. Friday I got home at 3:30. Garage door would not open. Went through the house to the garage. Chain was off the track. There is a Precision sticker on our garage wall. Called them and told them what was going on. Joe was at our home before 4:30. Check everything out. Show and told us what was going on with it. Opener needed replace. Gave us all the options they offered. New opener was up and running before 7:30. He even help me program our car and truck. Another wonderful experience with this company.

We had Jacob Jones come to our home to originally repair a very old garage door opener. Upon discussing the situation, it was determined that we should replace it as it was so old the original opener wasn't produced any longer. Jacob was very professional and explained everything to us. We had the new opener installed and Jacob was very thorough with checking that everything was installed well and working perfectly. A huge thank you to Jacob for the phenomenal job. I will be recommending this company to any and all who need garage door repairs or installations.

Price for repair was over inflated and they price adjusted down after complaining to the tech and then got a reasonable price after threatening to use another company. Door only worked a couple times. Had to call and they sent a different tech out to fix it properly.

Between the super friendly lady that I spoke to on the phone (sorry that I forgot your name), to Dylan, the amazing technician that set my mind at ease, this company is top notch in every way. One of my torsion springs went bad and I actually called another company the night before. I did not have a good feeling with them right off the bat. The tech indicated that he had to remove the springs to get the sizing before he could give me a price. This should have been a red flag to me, but I let him proceed. After being quoted ridiculous pricing, and the tech dropping both springs from the shaft to the ground, I called Precision Garage Door of Columbus on the spot. The woman who took my call was kind, clear, and sympathetic to my situation. Within an hour, Dylan was at my home reviewing the work with me. Because of these two individuals, I immediately found trust and comfort in who I had hired. Dylan was very clear in his description of the work, and also stated that he would be replacing the shaft and additional parts to ensure that the garage door was completely safe for my family and I to be around. I was provided very fair pricing that was significantly less than what I was quoted with the first company. Dylan had the work completed in one hour, was polite, sympathetic to our situation, and very knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about the springs and proper maintenance. Precision won my business today, and for all future needs. Thank you for being a professional, courteous, trustworthy company. Megan came out and gave me an estimate on a new door, opener and all the hardware that goes with it. The next day, Joe had my door installed! He showed and talked me through everything he was doing and why. He explained how and when to use lubricant on the rail and springs. He was super quick with the tear down and reinstall.
