I had Tom Palmer come out to see why my door occasionally would not go down when the opener was activated. He fairly quickly determined the problem, explained it to me, showed me pictures of where the opener was damaged and wrote me an estimate of what the repairs would cost. Once I agreed, he then said he could do it right then. In two hours I had a nice new opener, touchpad and remotes, along with new springs and a wooden brace base. The door opens very smoothly and quietly! Very pleased with this process, and I got the company’s 5% senior discount. I heartily recommend Tom and Precision. Daniel Goodwin

My garage door spring broke when I was trying to leave for work at 8AM. A repair tech (Jacob) arrived in less than two hours. He did a great job explaining everything, walking me through what I needed to get the door working and even talked about some options that would prolong the life of my motor. No one likes spending money on a surprise repair, but this company made it as painless as possible. Jacob was kind, respectful, and worked efficiently.

Precision repaired my brother's garage door today (Troy Page) and he was pleased with the work. I had a garage door opener(operator) that needed to be reattached. The technician (Imani Vance) was professional. quick, cleaned up after her work and was great to work with. I also liked the fact that we got a year's warranty with the work. It cost $300.40. I wasn't eligible for a discount but glad that your company does offer them.

This is our second time using Precision Garage Door, and we are just as pleased this time as the first. From the time we called and made the appointment, to the time the new springs were installed, it took less than 2 hours. Our service technician, David, was very professional and courteous. He represents the company very well. We hope that we wont need our garage door serviced for a long time. However, if we do, we will surely call Precision Garage Door to do the work!

Called to have a motor replaced. Was quoted $619. Once the motor replacement was completed I was told the motor wasn’t the problem, it was the cables & pullies that were old & faulted and those also needed replaced. To my amazement this increased the cost to $1425. This felt like a bait & switch. The tech was nice and did good work but I did not appreciate the fact that this wasn’t investigated and related to me until he had already done half the work needed to have a functioning garage door. Good work & quick response but I wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone based in this experience

They had same day appointments available which was an extremely pleasant surprise!! Dylan showed up exactly when he said he would. He waS EXTREMELY professional and worked hard to trouble shoot the problem we were having. He could have easily guessed or tried to sell me something I didn’t need. He didn’t do either. Scheduled my appointment late the night before online without any issue. Tim came out at the beginning of my appointment window and did a thorough evaluation of the issue and presented the different options that could help solve my issue. I chose to replace the opener, spring, and pulleys. He did a great job installing the new equipment quite quickly and I’m super impressed with the work. The 7 year warranty is a nice cherry on top.
