Couldn’t open my garage door. They came within 3 hrs of my call. Derek was pleasant, diagnosed the problem and installed a new motor for my door. He even put some salt on the driveway because of the ice. I would certainly recommend them.

Zach (awesome guy) my technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He came out (on time) the same day I called for service. He took the time to explain (I was shown the damage parts of my garage door and the good replacement parts) the repairs in layman's terms with pricing (this included labor and tax). Pricing is very very reasonable with same day service. He even provided me a garage door check up list (parts that has failed, parts that still have some life left in them, and upgraded parts). This tool gives me the confidence to make the right decision for me and my budget. Thanks a bunch! You guys rock!

This is the second time we have asked Precision to come out to fix our garage doors. Last night we broke a spring trapping our cars. I was able to arrange an appointment for the following day, which was very easy to do, with a phone call. The technician was polite, knowledgeable, presented the pricing ahead of time and fixed the issue in a very timely manner leaving no mess. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door issues.

The service rep who came out did a good job, with some follow up questions on my part on how to prevent my issue from reappearing. I was disappointed that the person I spoke to ti made the appointment failed to disclose that your minimum fee for coming out was $200.

Garage door stopped working shortly after a bad snow storm with.ongoung cold weather. I called Precsion Garage Doors because we had good experience with them in the past for my MIL home. Their technician Jacob was sent out that morning and I received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Jacob explained the problem and was able to fix it the same day. I would highly recommend this company and the technician was extremely professional.
