I am giving them 5 stars for the work that was performed. The repair and maintenance on my garage door was top notch. I used them a few years ago at my other home and felt that they did a good job repairing my garage door. On another note when I called for service i choose to do the 8-12 window because I had other things in the afternoon I had to do. I understood that they could possibly be working on my door as late as 1:00. The service tech did not call me that he would be at my house in 30 minutes until around 12. The repairs that needed done would take about an hour. I think we finished up everything around 1:50. So if you schedule a repair expect most of the day waiting around for your tech and then some to finish the job. Needless to say I was not able to meet my afternoon commitments. However, the repair on my garage door was exceptional. Tom was courteous and was outstanding with his skills.

The service tech was professional, curious and prepared to remove and replace my old door opener. He came on time and did a great job. One feature I like is connecting the Genie opener to my WIFI network giving me the ability to monitor the door.

I have used Precision twice in the past and they have remained true to their word. I called on 6/2 due to my garage door not closing all the way and I was scheduled for an appointment on 6/3. The Technician Muhammad Islam arrived on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. My adult son who is Autistic was also here with Mr. Muhammad and he was patient and kind while talking to me and son, while explaining this issue with the garage door. Walker came out, explained clearly what was causing my door not to function correctly, and explained to me a couple of options to correct the concern. Derek came to the house to reprogram our outside remote. We have a lot of trouble with it. He ended up installing a new one. I believe it should work better. I also asked that he refresh me with how to fix the outside opener if it loses its signal again. Did so with no hesitation. While doing the work he also noticed 2 items that needed attention and took care of them while he was here. Such a kind person and always giving suggestions to help. Also made a recommendation for a future fix .

My Genie key pad wasn't working properly, I just purchased a few weeks ago. Precision sent out a professional technician and he replaced the product with a better key pad. I didn't have to wait for an appointment, they had someone out to my address same day. I would definitely refer Precision Garage Door, to repair garage door, the technician's are professionals and knowledgeable about repairing your garage door.
