Door closing issue with rollers on Sunday afternoon turned into having to replace the opener and other parts. I appreciated Cameron’s attitude, skill, time, and attention to detail with installing the new jack shaft opener and pieces that needed to be done. It was excellent service. Thank you.

I had a company come out to fix my broken spring on the weekend. Unfortunately they just put in a spring. A month later my door was not tracking right. Called Precision and Cameron came out. He showed me how my rollers, cables and bearings were showing a lot of wear. He showed me the cost and how to maximize the life of my door. 2 hours later my door was looking and running like new. Fantastic service! Called on Saturday January, 3rd in the morning bc our garage door wouldn’t open. They gave me a window of 12-4pm and came by 1:00pm that same day! The gentleman who serviced our garage was professional and did a wonderful job!

Me and my wife had just purchased new siding .With black trimming But the house used to be Gray with the garage. When your service technician came out and put the new garage door on which is black. It said this house off.

Very expensive and absolutely thieves. Big time over charged me, when I called they said the door remote was 60 dollars but they charged me 180 per remote, pulse 250 for outside keypad. I absolutely don’t recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY

This company did an excellent job two and a half years ago installing our new quiet door lift, and when we had some problems recently, they responded immediately. Your company came out four years ago and installed a garage door opener, which we couldn’t be more happy with. Last night on New Year’s Eve the spring broke (unrelated to the opener). I took a chance and called on New Year’s Day and was pleasantly surprised someone answered. The technicians came out right away and did a fantastic job! Hats off to Tom and Malachi!! Last night when I closed my garage door, I heard a loud crack, but everything looked OK. This morning I couldn’t open it after calling Precision. They had a repairman on their way within 30 minutes. Turns out one of my springs had broken. These were original to the house which was built in 1967 so they replaced them at a new bearings and cable and it’s like a new garage door. It opens so smoothly and quietly and effortlessly Matt Gave me two estimates just for the spring and the springs and everything that was wearing out. I didn’t want to recall so I asked him to just fix everything that needed it. It all took less than an hour highly recommend this company and Matt

Walker was awesome! Very informative and easy to talk to! We actually figured out we grew up around the same area!
