I had a broken spring on my garage door. It’s original to the house so the hardware is all 35 years old. They were able to get an appointment in for the next morning. Their tech laid out the cost of new springs or replacing the whole door. Very satisfied.

Tech said the whole unit needed replaced, that I could not just get transponder and remotes. I questioned, he insisted. I found someone else to do.

Our garage door suddenly tore and detached, as a result of the spring breaking. We called several garage door companies on a Saturday, hoping that someone would be available to respond that day. David, from Precision, was at our door within a couple of hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was prepared to show us replacement options. He told us he could replace the door by Wednesday, and he did. David was extremely knowledgeable and professional; and a very nice guy, too. We were extremely happy with the service that he provided. Thanks, David!

We called Precision desperate because my car was stuck in the garage because of a broken spring on the garage door. They gave us a 2 hour window for that same day. We got a call saying they could come earlier. Greg was very professional and finished the repair quickly and efficiently. Thank you Precision and Greg for a job well done!

My service was performed May 3, 2018. My Technician was Alex--he called before he came (just as I was promised by the office), he was even a little earlier than the predicted time slot, he was polite and stood and listened while I explained my problem with the garage door. Then, he informed me that he would check my door and see what could be wrong. About 10 or 15 mins. later he informed me what he thought it might be and what my choices were, along with the cost. I choose what I wanted to do and he said we'll try that and if that doesn't work then we'll have to go ahead and do the other. He went right to work and my door was repaired. Afterwards, he explained what he did and explained about the age of my motor and that it might need to be replaced and I should start thinking about that. When I decided or need to replace the motor, be sure to give him a call and he'll be glad to install it for me.

David was on time, worked hard all day in the cold weather, and did a great job. The two new garage doors look great and function so smoothly and quietly. Your website is one of the best I have seen, and is partially the reason why I choose Precision. Knowing a bit about the techs in advance, and being able to look at insulation R values was very helpful.

Alex was our serviceman and he was not only friendly and courteous, he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was super helpful and knew exactly what to do. Our spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and we were expecting to wait until Monday before we could call to get an appointment with someone then my wife found the website for Precision door. After a call, we were scheduled for 9-11 on a Saturday night. The technician, Tim, got here early and was done by 7:45. The price for two springs and weekend service was very reasonable. I would recommend Precision if you ever need their services.

I found that my garage door wouldn't open at about 12:15 on a Saturday afternoon. I found Precision on the internet, that they were open and near my home. I called about 1pm and was given a window from 3 - 5pm that day. Tom arrived at 2:45, introduced himself, identified the problems and got to work. He was done by 4:15. Great work, incredibly prompt and polite response. Very pleased.
