Called Precision at 7:40 p,m. on Sunday April 16, 2017 (Easter Sunday). Tech was at my house at 8:15 p.m. and had replaced the springs and was done by 9:15p.m. Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. 5 stars.

What a great job your company is doing! This sounds a little silly, but working with your company and service tech (Derrick) today, was easily the BEST customer service experience I've had in years. We were at Disney last week - and not even Disney matched the experience I had today. My garage door opener broke this morning, leaving the door hanging part open, part closed. I called Precision early this afternoon. A real live person answered almost immediately; very nice and professional. I gave her only my name, and told her I'd used your services before - and that I had a garage door issue. She immediately confirmed my address, phone number and email address (all of which was correct) -- and scheduled Derrick to arrive between 2:00 - 4:00. I immediately received a confirmation email, confirming the technician and his photo. By 1:30, I received a phone call from the technician to tell me he was on his way. He arrived by 2:00. I found Derrick to be very nice, friendly, professional, knowledgable and obviously skilled at what he was doing. He immediately diagnosed the problem (showing me visual evidence of the problem) - and offered me a solution. In the end, he was very efficient, no pressure, very upfront -- offering two different solutions and fixed the problem (installing a new garage door opener). He actually did such a good job - I asked him to replace the other garage door opener, that wasn't even broken, but was just as old. He did so -- having to make a second trip back to the shop and returned to add the second opener. All in all -- extremely well done. Beth (owner) -- congratulations to you and your team for putting together an amazing service with quality employees. A very tall order for any business, big or small, in today's environment. I would highly recommend your company to anyone who asked. All the best. Thank you for a very unexpected and pleasant customer experience today.

Had an emergency repair today. A technician was out to my house in less than 30 min. from my call. Received an email informing me of the technician that was to come to my house. The man arrived within about 45 minutes to repair my garage door, completed the repairs, and left within about 45 minutes. He was quick, courteous and answered questions I had. Yes, I would highly recommend your company. By the way, I called around 1:40pm, and he arrived around 2:30pm, very prompt.

5 Stars Tim, the technician that came to my house, was very nice; very professional; and did a great job. The repair was not able to be made the night he came to my house, but he came first thing the next morning, even though it was his day off. There was a misunderstanding and the owner personally, and very promptly, called me. The problem was solved. I greatly appreciate the values of a family owned business. I am very pleased with the resolution and the owner's willingness to do his best to satisfy his customers. The owner exemplified exceptional customer service.

The technician who wrote up the estimate to replace my existing garage door was polite and professional; however, the price quoted for a 10x7 size door was so far out of line in price with the other estimates I received that I could not go with Precision Door Co. In fact of the other 3 estimates received for the same work to be done, Precision was $350-400 more, so obviously I chose not to go with them.

Precision Door Service fixed the garage door in less than 4 hours from the time I call Technician, Derrick is very professional and courteous Price to install the new hinge and Angle Iron cost of $155 (including Service fee of $55) seems a bit high but I am not sure about the costs since I never got any quote from any other company. I definitely recommend them for the time and quality of service I received. Thanks,

Gregg arrived when scheduled and determined it was the sensors that needed aligned, untwisted some wires and reprogrammed the unit in less than a half hour. Also gave me recommendations on what to buy when the unit needed replacing.

Scheduled 2 to 4. Later, received a phone call moving appointment to 6-8. No one showed. Called after 8 to find out the system had me scheduled for the next morning which was never an option. With no options, rescheduled for the evening of the following day forcing me to miss a previously scheduled dinner meeting. Tech that finally arrived did a good job.
