This is the 2nd time I've used Precision Garage Door for repair of my garage door. I'll use them again if needed. Technician was very polite and explained repair, etc. Also showed me proper way to use pull cord if door would not work due to electrical outage, etc.

Once again PD provides amazing service. Called at 10 PM last night, door fixed by 10 AM the next day. One broken spring, both replaced under warranty. Jason knows his stuff. All this and no price gouging either. PD is the only place for garage door work.

Great service! We had a spring bust on us and had used this company in the past for a repair. The warranty still applied and we had the door back and operational within a few hours of the call. We only had to pay for the service call which was more than fair. Serviceman was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair.

Spring on door broke and so I called Precision because they installed the door 11 years ago and the door has a lifetime parts warranty. Service person could be there within a couple of hours. Person actually came within an hour and replaced both springs, not just the broken one. And adjusted everything, including the door opener. I only had to pay for the service call - which is so reasonable I thought I was hearing wrong. In summary, great company and great service.

The individual (John) that arrived at my home quickly figured out the problem which had more than a few people stumped. The lights would not turn on when the automatic garage door was employed. I have worked with Precision Door Service of Columbus, INC. for many years. With any problem they are out with in a couple of hours. One time it was a Sunday afternoon. Now after servicing over the last couple of years and replacing needed parts, including an amazing belt driven garage door opener, they have expertly installed a beautiful steel garage door. One floor of my home is executive offices from which I operate a large retirement planning practice. We are in and out continually. That garage door has got to work and be dependable. I have so much peace of mind knowing that Precision Door Service is so responsive and always does not only quality work but uses quality parts. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to be able to depend on their garage door working.

The garage door failed on Saturday, where it wouldn't go up or down. Thankfully, our vehicle was out in the driveway. We just purchased this house a month ago and have home warranty, but they have no weekend service. I looked in the yellow pages and saw the ad for Precision. I was amazed there was actually a person to talk with right away and also were able to set up service on the next day, Sunday, at noon, at no additional service fee. The service person was pleasant and very knowledgeable and was able to identify the issue and replace the door opener in about one and half hours. Great, wonderful service by all. Thank you.

Greg showed up within the time I was quoted. As a matter of fact Greg called me 15 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Once he got here he looked over the job and quickly got to work. Even though I had a car in the way which could not be moved he was able to work around it. He took maybe 1 hour to complete the job. I had my springs replaced. He even adjusted the whole door and lubed it. I would use Precision Door again for any other repairs I might need in the future.
