My tech was Tom Palmer. Tom came out last month for a different issue and has been great to work with both times. He's courteous, honest, and hardworking. I chose Precision to repair our garage door because they were located close to our home & they belonged to the Powell Chamber. They were able to schedule an appointment based on my busy schedule & even called to come earlier than the expected time. Gregg performed a tune-up/maintenance on our door & repaired the issues we were having with our opener quickly & efficiently. The door is so quiet now that it sounds like it's brand new! I would definitely use Precision again in the future should we have any further garage door issues.

We called Precision because we had them before and they did a fine job. This time they responded on emergency basis, at 8pm, were very friendly, assessed the problem, resolved it, and left within 30 min. The technician was John Manning, very capable, explained everything, and offered some tips for long term. This is the type of experience you want for these problems. Will definitely call them again if we have any problems.

The woman who took my information, told me the service call was $55.00. Because I was looking in the phone book, the ad read, $15.00 off with this ad. Eric put the service call at $70.00 and took $15.00 off.

I had another local company repair my broken garage door springs since 2008 in a new build. Since that time I have had four broken springs which I thought was unusual. After researching and talking to neighbors this didn't sound normal so I decided to have another company look at my problem. I found Precision Door from an internet search and read about the 25 point inspection and same day service. I called and they came out within 3 hours. Eric took the time to explain to me why the springs kept breaking and also noticed some of the hinges were cracked and one completely broke. Not to mention some bearings were wearing out. At no time did the other company mention nor looked at these other main components, they replaced the spring and left. I feel confident now that this garage door is fixed right this time and even have a 3 year warranty on parts. I would definitely recommend Precision Door if you want it done right the first time with qualified technicians.

I was very happy and impressed with every aspect of my Precision experience. I was first struck by the professionalism of the person who answered my call and took information, and I was thrilled that they set up an appointment for the same day--a Saturday. John, my technician, was excellent. Not only did he fix the problem and leave my door in better shape than it had been before the problem, he took the time to explain things to me about the operation of the door and make helpful recommendations about future care.
