I had Precision Door Columbus come out because I had questions about my 21 year old garage door motor. Joe answered all my questions. He was on time, courteous and professional. I ended up buying a new belt drive motor and Joe had it installed in less than 2 hours. He even switched the door sensors because the sun often prevented the sensors from working. Making the appointment was quick and easy with the courteous customer service person. I called in the morning and Tim, the Service Technician, arrived on time in the afternoon. In a matter of minutes the problem was diagnosed and resolved. In addition, Tim checked out the door opener and performed a safety check. Everything was in good working order and the best of all, the service was covered under the garage door opener warranty. Tim was very personable, polite and knowledgeable. Had issue with garage door bottom seal and side seals. Tech Ken came, replaced what he could and will be back when remaining products are in stock. Precision Garage Door company did an excellent job. The technician replaced the garage door opener, the springs, 3 ball bearings and installed a key pad. The service rep, Tim T who came out was prompt; called ahead He was clear and up front about the charges for the services before starting. He cleaned up all the packing materials and took away the old opener and springs. He also took the time to make sure I knew how each item worked. I feel the pricing was right. I was looking for peace of mind and Precision provided it.

Our garage door is 9 years old, we noticed a defect on the lateral sides more the right than the left, the wind will make the door to shake. I contacted the company and made an appointment for that to be repaired. Michael was our technician, he was personable, professional and client friendly. He listened to our concerns, he explained the findings and the options to resolve them. He fixed the defect of the door and also replaced the springs. I chose Precision Garage Door because their ad said they were available on a. Clea Sunday. My service was Monday but that was fine. He arrived at 10 and located the problem right away. It was fixed and out within the hour. He even oiled our door. Cleaned up and took the trash. Thankful for this great service. I will use them again if needed, but I hope not. Maybe I should just recommend them to neighbors and friends.

I called Precision on Sunday and was treated courteously in scheduling a repair for Monday. Walker F. responded as scheduled for an evening appointment to service a broken spring on our garage door. He inspected the door and door opener and pointed out several issues with the 14 year-old mechanism that were potential wear/failure concerns. He gave us multiple options and price points for replacement of the springs as well as replacement of the drums, cables and rollers. He did not push us on any option, and we decided to do the full repair which included a 7 year warranty. He did the complete job in about 90 minutes during which we had a delightful discussion. The repair was pristine and the door was quieter than ever. He even came back the next day to drop off a can of spray lubricant because the one he was going to give us was defective. We were very happy with the time Walker spent with us. We highly recommend Walker/Precision to anyone experiencing problems with their garage door/opener. Price is fair for quality work and solid warranty!

Tech was Joe. Very knowledgeable, explained everything, gave multiple repair options. Twenty two year old door. Opener quit and needed replaced. Had springs, rollers and shaft bushings replaced as well. He programed all remotes. Great job. Less than two hours for everything.

Technicians were pleasant and professional and repair was completed in a timely manner. Following a thorough inspection a few other parts were recommended for replacement due to wear/condition in addition to the original reason for the call. The reason and price for each was fully explained without additional sales pressure.
