I chatted with a support agent at 8:00 AM and at 10:30 AM a residential technician (Alex Eliopoulos) showed up to review my garage door situation. He gave me an acceptable estimate to install a garage door opener. The opener was installed by 4:00 PM. I could not be happier with Alex's professionalism and knowledge. And I like the opener too.

Precision garage door of Columbus Ohio did an outstanding job installing my garage door opener. My old one was 20+ years old and beginning to die. Did my own research and bought the Chamberlain Wi-Fi enabled model I wanted. Called around noon, receptionist was extremely courteous and took my information. Was scheduled that same day and technician Gary showed up less than two hours later. Tremendous service and timely manner. Gary was extremely professional and courteous and answered every question I had. He also told me some things I didn't know. He was so helpful, I could not have asked for anything better I hope I don't need them again any time soon but I guarantee I will call them if I have garage door issue. Once again thanks to precision and Gary.

Searched in Home Advisor and this company was the first to follow up.they assessed issue and gave me the options. Since Current system was ancient, I opted for new motor and controls. Tech had new equipment on truck And did the switch out on the spot. Tech came out within 24 hours of first calling them and door fixed within 2 hours (Had new parts on the truck already. They responded quickly and efficiently and won my business.

My garage door spring broke and I called Precision Door. Alex wasout in 2 hours and we discussed options and after talking it over decided to do a small repair ourselves since the garage will not be around for much longer before we rebuild one (very old). I called and a serviceman was at my home in about three hours. I thought it would be a repair, but I needed a new system. The garage door opener was 20 1/2 years old. Tom installed the new system. This is my first time using Precision and I would call them again.

The technician didn’t have a clue of what the problem was. He then tried to sell me a new garage opener. I ended up just thanking him and sending him his way, not after paying $50 for nothing of all. Next day I started working on it myself and found out that all it needed was a reset. Highly doubt you’re willing to refund the $50 dollars. Please don’t call yourselves technicians or claim to repair garage doors.
