Exceeded Expectations... Requested a quote for replacement door sealing and alternatively a new garage door. In less than 2 hours David Morgan had called and was at our home. David inspected, explained what was going on and was very consultative in identifying, explaining and presenting our options and benefits of the same. Turns out no new door was needed, just maintenance and support upgrades, which saved us a lot of $$. After all upgrades were made including. Quiet motor package, David explained maintenance and demonstrated the improvements. We are VERY pleased with the turnaround time, responsiveness, professionalism, project completion time (work began immediately) and quality of work. Precision has our recommendation for future projects.

Totally...job well done. Garage spring broke late Sunday afternoon. Scheduled Sunday for Monday repair for 10:00-2:00. Robbie Deshotel was the technician. He called a couple of times assuring the ETA and showed up promptly. Very knowledgeable. Explained a couple of options besides replacing the spring given the fact that the garage door opener was 30 years old. Based upon his assessment, I decided to replace the opener. He completed the service promptly. Job done right! Very personable young man, More than highly recommend!! Glad I called Precision!

It was easy to set an appointment online and the communication from the technician was spot on! The technician that came to our house was Trevor Derifield, he was polite, informative and considerate of all the issue I brought up. After his assessment, I was able to choose what Items I wanted done. After he completed the repairs he showed me all the items that were fixed or adjusted. Responded within 20 minutes of the scheduled. Was courteous and diligent with the problem solving. The problem was one he had not seen before, but talked to his supervisor twice and discovered the needed solution. He spoke with the factory to obtain the part under warranty. Turns out Genie only warrants parts for 1yr, but Precision stepped up and honored their 2yr warranty. It was nice they did that since I was 3 days out of warranty. Precision is the type of company that other companies should model their business after.

Went online around 11pm on a Saturday evening to see if I could line up something for the next week. To my surprise they had Sunday times available. Made an online appointment for Sunday morning. They called to confirm and he was out first thing Sunday. Everything was complete by 11a Sunday morning. Very quick process from start to finish. Quality service for a reasonable price

I called Precision Garage Door because I had used them at another residence. The background on the most recent call is: my wife and I came home and while exiting the garage, I pressed the button to close the garage. As the door came down, one of the cables broke and I heard a large boom. The garage door was cockeyed and couldn’t be moved up or down. I called Precision that evening and the earliest they could get to me was the following morning. Around 10:10 A.M. Mr. Danny Quinn called and told me he was on his way. After arriving, approximately 40 minutes later, the problem was fixed. He was very friendly, clearly knew what needed to be done, wanted to get this fixed ASAP so we could get our cars out of the garage. I was so impressed by this young man…..the next time I will specifically ask for him to come out.

Joe was the technician. He was great. Very congenial and professional.The garage door was putting too much weight on the springs. It was over 20 lbs. Joe was able to adjust the pressure so the weight was a little less than 8 lbs. Precision had replaced the springs many years ago and at that time they offered a lifetime warranty on the springs. Joe was able to adjust the pressure on the springs as part of the warranty even though the springs were not broken. I have the original purchase receipt to verify the lifetime warranty.

I once went with another contractor and that was a mistake. Precision always does the job the right way and prices are reasonable. they let me know ahead of time what repair is needed and the options to replace or repair. Also the response tine is amazing.

So this morning I discovered a spring had broken on my garage door and was definitely going to need replaced. After a quick on line search I selected Precision based on the many positive reviews. I elected to call rather than do an on line booking as it allows you to begin your assessment of customer service right away. I must say that everything from my initial conversation to the completion of the repair was both courteous, professional and certainly exceeded my expectations based on today’s level of service. The technician was outstanding and provided me with several options from just replacing the broken spring to replacing some of the other 22 year old parts. There was no pressure to fix anything other than the broken spring and I could have opted for any or all the recommended parts. The whole process was so professional I decided to replace all the recommended parts on the door as well replace all the load bearing parts on my second garage door. I received excellent service from start to finish and would definitely recommend Precision to a friend.
