Your technician was very kind and knowledgeable, did his job and did it well. The main problem that I have with your company is your pricing, $350.00 per spring ( actual cost of the spring approximately $50.00) Replace the motor starter on my opener $160.00 (actual cost $15.00) I understand that you are in business to make a profit and the knowledge of your servicemen is valuable asset. I will definitely explore other options the next time I need work on my door

The technician, Dmitri, came out on time on the coldest day of the year, was totally upfront and transparent about the process and price, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the broken parts quickly so we could use our garage again and get the cars out of the cold. Trying to program the door opener for a new vehicle we just picked up and the spring broke on the door. We were surprised when we called Precision that they could come out yet that evening and fix it. Dustin called when he was on his way, arrived and reviewed the situation, showed me what else was excessively worn and provided a cost to repair up front. We agreed and in about 45-60 minutes we were operational again! pleased to be able to park the new car int he garage and not have to leave it out overnight. Dustin was exceptional in explaining the problem and what needed to be completed. Very pleased and would highly recommend this team!

The technician arrived early, which was very nice and the spring was replaced in about 25 minutes. The springs are warrantied for 2 years, which is a year longer than the previous company I have used. I was also very appreciative that they were able to repair this the day after Thanksgiving.
