I had many issues with my garage door. Derek arrived at 12:30pm and didn't leave till 6:00pm. He diagnosed all the problems, gave different options as to how to move forward. Our garage door was fully replaced a few years ago and began to break down prematurely. The springs and bearing all wore out fast. The door was becoming loud and finally gave out. Matt E. Tim Tomlinson was just out here as I kept having a wheel pop off the track and the door would not shut. He quickly assessed the issues replaced the wheel and made sure all was running perfectly before he left. He was super polite and very respectful of our home. And gave me some pointers to look out for so we don’t have issues in the future or to catch things before they become issues. Super insightful. I see why Precision Door Service gets 5 ?? Percent rep and did a great job. If I need anything again or anyone in my neighborhood needs their garage door repaired I’ll be sending them to Precision and I’ll have them ask for Tim T.

I called Precision simply from their ads on tv. They sent two guys out the same day and they repaired the broken spring to my satisfaction. The guys were very courteous and did a nice job. This would be five stars if not for the sales tactics used, which is on the company, not the service guys. First price they gave me was $1500.00 to repair a broken spring on ONE door! I told them I’d have to pass and get other quotes. Then the dance begins. They were able to find some discounts and get the price down to $558.00! Amazing right? Still more than a spring repair should cost IMO, but everything is high due to a moron in the White House. A lot of repair companies use this tactic and it really is a dishonest way to run a business. What ever happened to honesty and integrity? Again, the guys they sent were great, the sales tactic disgraceful. And for this reason, I won’t be calling Precision again.

We had several issues going on with our garage door. Precision was able to get our problems resolved the same day that we called. Matt Eberly was their tech that came to our home and he provided us with explanations we could easily understand on what the various problems were and options we had to correct. Matt was professional and committed to doing a good job for us. He was even able to use our previous Genie remotes and set them up to also work with the new unit which helps our family with 3 drivers so everyone has access to open both garage doors. We had a good experience with Precision and will call them again if another issue comes up with our garage doors.
