After 25 years of wear and countless self-repairs, we needed a new garage door and hardware. I found Precision on the Internet and called for an estimate. Dustin arrived within two hours and we went over the existing (custom) installation and reviewed the options for replacement. He gave us pricing on several options and we considered several other quotes over the next few weeks. We made our choice- Precision Door. The costs were very reasonable and we ordered the new door and scheduled installation for a few days after the new door arrived at their shop. Dustin contacted us to schedule the install at our convivence. He arrived on schedule with everything he needed for the job, and did the removal of all of the old equipment, prep of the area, and installation of the new tracks, springs, door panels, cables, and all associated hardware (we reused the existing door opener). The whole project took about six hours. The new door is a great addition to our house - it matches the existing garage door perfectly, operates smoothly and quietly, is well insulated and seals up tightly to the door frame. It not only enhances the appearance of our house but seals up the basement / garage area from drafts and heat loss. We are very pleased. Dustin is a great technician and will be our first call for any garage door related issues we have in the future.

I found your number in the yellow pages, it meant so much that we could talk to a person instead of machine. It was 6:00 am and my husband was on his way to work. The technician was here by 9:15 am and was so kind and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who need help with a garage door. Our garage door broke on a Saturday of course. We called our regular garage door service company but no answer. I googled garage door companies in Westerville and precision came up. I read reviews and they were very good. I called the company hoping I could get someone out within a few days and was pleasantly surprised that a technician could come out on Sunday at no extra weekend fee. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. Unfortunately because our unit was 23 years old we needed a new opener. Tim went right to work and was done in no time. He was kind and friendly and fast. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend Precision to anyone with a garage door issue.

I am well pleased with my new garage door and the service that I received from Precision.. Alex is a very nice young man, polite and caring and very dedicated to his work ethics. The lady who answers the phone was also very nice and did all she could to meet my needs. I was upset and concerned because my garage had been badly damaged by an intruder and they went beyond the call of duty to get my door replaced. i will recommend your company to anyone who needs this type of service.

My garage door opener stopped working on Fri. I googled for someone to repair it and found Precision. Scheduled visit for first thing Monday. Technician called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised, and was here in the time that I selected. I showed him what my garage door opener was doing and he replied, "It's fried." I thought as much. Quoted me a new one, said he could replace it in about an hour which he did. Would use Precision again and would recommend them.

Precision answered the call promptly and arranged for a service representative to visit that day. This service visit was actually before the arranged time but they called ahead to ensure that that was ok. My problem was quickly identified and corrected in a pleasant manner. Had a problem with the garage door not staying closed. The technician came out and determined that the door was hitting the floor too hard. The door would bounce slightly which started it opening again. He made a little adjustment and everything is working fine now..

It turned out that all I needed was a new "remote" (or whatever the proper term is!), but after Dave replaced that he inspected the door (originally installed by Precision Door 15 years ago), lubricated all the suitable parts, and left behind a quieter, smoothly running door. He was outstanding, knowledgeable, caring about his products and his work, and very personable to deal with. Thank you Dave and Precision Door!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! This time our garage door wouldn't stay down, I call as soon as this happened around 8am and they literally gave me a 10am to noon time frame for service!! That is just unheard of today and fantastic!! Chris W our technician actually arrived 30 min earlier...incredible service. I was thinking the worst that maybe we would need to replace the door opener and maybe even break down and replace our older heavy garage door when in fact, Chris was honest and told us our older equipment was still in great shape and that all we needed was a slight opener adjustment. I can't tell you how much we appreciated his honesty, not trying to sell us something we didn't need and the fact that we only needed the adjustment. This is probably the 4th time in approximately 7-8 years we have needed Precision's help and we have always gotten quick, professional and great service. Their phone number is right in our garage by the inside garage opener so I always know where to find them. Thank you all again for a problem solved efficiently, fast and so professional!!

Chris was excellent. Excellent customer service and very skilled and knowledgeable. Our garage spring broke at 7pm on Friday and it was fixed by 9am on Saturday. Fast service and reasonably priced.
