All around great experience starting with booking the appointment with the live agent who answered the call on a Saturday for what was hopefully a same day appointment. Fortunately they had a slot open late afternoon where other companies could not accommodate me before the new years holiday. Not only did I get an appointment same day but the technician arrived early. Chaz was my technician and he was excellent. Clearly knows his field, provided great service and was an excellent representative for the firm. He was personable, efficient, and informative throughout the entire process. Would happily recommend him and the firm to anyone needing garage door service.

I had a very old garage door opener replaced and couldn’t be happier with the company and the technician, James D, that did the job. James inspected my old opener (it failed most categories - no surprise) and gave me three replacement options without any hard sell. The installation went smoothly, James explained the operation of the new opener, he explained how to connect it to the phone app and left no debris behind. He also lubricated the door. I highly recommend Precision.

We had garage door installed in 2022. Noticed it was catching and noisy. Called for service. Tech came out same day. Tech was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. Adjusted springs and end rollers. Door was under warranty so no charge for service. Would recommend company.

Every time I have called Precision they have been able to to come that day. Garage door opener (18 yrs old) died Christmas day. Called Precision the next morning and had a new garage door opener installed by Tom Palmer quickly and courteously the day after Christmas.

When my husband tried to leave home on Saturday, Dec 23, to do last minute Christmas shopping, the garage door would not open. We finally realized that the spring was broken. Being a Saturday and the day before Christmas Eve, I thought I’d never find someone. I called the last person who fixed a broken spring 7 years ago and left a voicemail. He still hasn’t returned my call 24 hours later. I tried a couple of other places. Both closed on Saturday. Finally did an online chat with Precision and got an appointment for just a few hours later. The technician was knowledgeable, fast, and had us out the door in about an hour. Thanks for rescuing us!

Last night when I returned from walking the dog and closed the garage door it sounded like it had crashed onto my car. Thankfully it hadn't, but wouldn't open. I called Precision - open till 8 - and scheduled a technician (Jason D) for 1st call this morning. My 3 yr old house, with a builder grade garage door opener, had already broke its spring. After reviewing my options, I went with replacing it and 2 hrs later I have a much quieter and, no doubt, more reliable garage door opener. Jason was extremely courteous and professional, as noted on his previous reviews. He was great at explaining what had happened and the difference in quality of products. If available, I will ask for Jason if a future need arises.

Jason was both courteous and most professional displaying skill in recognizing quickly the work needed to be done. Very appreciative of the quick response by Jason arriving on time and completing the job.
