Your logo caught my eye (overhead garage PRECISION door service ) as i was looking through the phone book years ago. yes. we have used your service before and will continue to do so whenever we have a problem . Jonathon was our service guy he was prompt and friendly, courteous and fixed the problem quickley . as the ones in the past has done . Yes i do highley recommend PRECISION GARAGE DOOR OF COLUMBUS

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Garage Door. I was given a 2 hour window of time when the repair person would arrive. He was actually early but had called to ask if it would be OK. Jason was very pleasant and courteous. He carefully explained what was wrong with my garage door opener (the spring was broken), gave me several options with clear explanations and completed the job in a timely manner. Afterwards, he again went over the charges and explained about the warranty. I liked that he gave me his business card in case I had any questions or needed further repairs.
