Anthony from Precision came out within 2 hours of my call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained my options. I decided to replace my 17 year old opener with a brand new model. Within 90 minutes he had replaced the bad unit and programmed all of my remotes. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. ?? ????????

I called at 1:20pm and Precision was on site at 2:15 or so. Tom Timmons was courteous, informative and did a great job. Both springs replaced and all moving parts lubed prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend Precision.

The garage door opener for my wife's car did not work this AM. I called Precision and Dustin was there my the afternoon. He was the epitome of a professional, helpful, and nice person who put in a new garage door opener. He deserves an A+ for his work and we were fortunate to get him. I previously had someone come out a quote me to repair my garage door cable and it was extremely high. So I gave these guys a call to get another opinion, and they had availability the next day to get me in. When Pat got here he took a look and gave me a MUCH lower cost. He also provided me with multiple options to choose between, depending on what I wanted. He was able to get it done that day in a great amount of time and now my garage door is working perfectly. I highly recommend Pat and this company!

The spring on our door broke on a Monday evening and they were able to send someone first thing Tuesday morning. He arrived on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He also noted a couple things to watch for in the next year but didn’t put any pressure on me to pay extra and fix them now, and I appreciated the honesty. Frankly, there are other companies who could do the repair for less, but I knew I’d be getting it done quickly and correctly by a company who stands behind their work, and that makes paying a little more worth it to me.
