This is the second time we’ve used Precision and, once again, they exceeded our expectations. Walker came out the same day we called (on a Saturday), quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the estimate. There was no attempt to up-sale. I had an excellent experience with Walker Furpahs, the technician who repaired my garage door when the torsion bar system failed. He clearly explained that installing double springs would be a more suitable option given the size and weight of my door. Throughout the process, Walker meticulously described each step and his reasoning behind it. His attention to detail was evident as he carefully inspected all aspects of the repair. Despite it being 6:00 p.m. and his final appointment for the day, Walker ensured the project was completed to a high standard. Additionally, he fabricated a custom bracket from angle iron due to the absence of a stud, demonstrating resourcefulness where only half-inch wood over drywall was available for spring support. Rather than opting for a less secure solution, which could have resulted in future failure, he prioritized safety and durability. I highly recommend Walker Furpahs for any garage door service needs.

Walker F came out to check on our garage door that had recently fallen off the track, since the company who originally installed the springs and cables could not come out right away. He diagnosed the issue and politely explained it in as much detail as requested. We were very appreciative of his patience and professional demeanor. Although we ultimately requested for the original company to fix the issue that Walker correctly diagnosed, we will definitely look to working with Precision for future needs and will recommend them to others.

They corrected our old door after we had new concrete poured and the door now closes perfectly and seals at the bottom. The battery needed to be replaced (gave of a buzz every 2 minutes) and they came out the same day and there was no charge ( we are still under warranty).

Installed new belt drive garage door opener and also replaced many broken parts (bearings, cables, shaft, installed heavy duty bracket on upper panel that was cracked). Walker was great, worked through all the issues efficiently but completely. Had the install done in 3 hours. The door / opener is so much quieter and works how I expect it to. Price was alright, Precision has 24 hour service that is no extra charge, so I understand there is overhead and salaries associated with that. So I expected to pay more to have it all done in 1/2 a day.

We are extremely impressed with Precision - who we found online after reading reviews for multiple companies. Our garage door motor stopped working. We made an online appointment and the very next morning Derek was at our home to diagnose the problem and replace our unit. His customer service was excellent - he went over the issues and solutions in detail, talked through payment options, and after the job was finished thoroughly reviewed all components with us for use and maintenance. He didn’t try to oversell us and reaffirmed the parts of our system that were in fine working order. The new unit is working perfectly and we’re very happy!

I had Precision Garage Door install two new openers for me in December of 2022. The technician (Walker) suggested the belt drive units. They are fantastic... smooth operation and quiet. Today (8/12/25) I called about one of the openers making a noise. I was told that a technician would be at my home later in the same day. Fantastic! Walker showed up before the end of the scheduled time frame. He listened to it cycle one time and said "I know what that is". It was a bearing in the track. Walker was right on the money. He had the part on his van and had it replaced and working like new in just a few minutes. And the part and labor was covered by warranty. Walker is very knowledgeable, very friendly and extremely considerate of our property. He is a very nice young man. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone needing this type of work done at their home. Thanks for a job well done.

Technician was very friendly and service was scheduled same day and arrived within the quoted window. Repair was done timely and feels like a high quality repair. Only 3 stars because proving seemed extraordinarily high. Maybe i was upsold more than what was necessary, but what i thought was a basic repair was very expensive. Maybe get a couple quotes if you are able to wait for the repair, but i needed mine resolved so i did not have that luxury.
